The organic carbon composition contained in the soil is the core of the soil quality,and the application of organic fertilizer is an important source of organic carbon composition in farmland soil. At present, there are many studies on soil organic carbon and active organic carbon, while the study of soil inert organic carbon is relatively small,especially on the changes of active organic carbon and inert organic carbon in soil microbial field. The organic carbon and mineral nutrient in the soil of mixed fertilizers with green manure and phosphate fertilizer will change greatly. We used to study the effects of six different treatments were studied: no treatment (CK) ; single application of phosphate fertilizer (MCP); low amount of green manure (GML) ; green manure mixed with phosphate fertilizer (GML + MCP) ; high quality leguminous grasses (GMH);high-volume green manure mixed with phosphate fertilizer (GMH + MCP) , The results showed that there were different treatments in the soil, and the mechanism of soil organic carbon (SOC) were studied under the condition of different fertilization time. The aim of this study was to study the effect of green manure fertilization on the SOC content and the distribution of soil Provide the research basis and reference, the main research results are as follows:(1) The change of cellulose and lignin content in green manure shows that the rapid Decomposition of green manure in the 14 days after the application of green manure, the slow Decomposition of green manure after 14 days, the Decomposition of water-soluble organic matter in green manure. It is difficult to decompose cellulose, so the cellulose and lignin content began to decrease after 14 days; In cellulose and lignin, the application of GML, GML + MCP treatment of cellulose content than the application of GMH, GMH +MCP treatment of cellulose and lignin Decomposition and mixed with phosphate fertilizer will promote the decomposition of cellulose in the early decontamination, in the late Decomposition of the promotion of cellulose is greater than lignin. The content of lignin in mixed treatment is higher than single-application of green manure, and the content of lignin is more.(2) The results of the Decomposition rate of green manure showed that the green manure was faster after 14 days of application of green manure, but gradually decreased after 14 days. In the early stage of rapid decomposition of green manure, the Decomposition of green manure rate of Decomposition was lower than single-cropping green manure, and the Decomposition rate of mixed-use phosphate treatment was gradually faster than single-application green manure in the later stage of slow Decomposition after 14 days. During the whole experiment, the decay rate of high green manure treatment was lower than low amount of green manure. However, it can be seen from the trend, the Decomposition rate of mixed phosphate fertilizer treatment will be higher than the results showed that, the Decomposition rate of green manure mixed with green manure was inhibited to some extent, and the inhibition was gradually reduced with the prolongation of culture time.(3) The total organic carbon (TOC) of soils on the content and migration distance of the study showed that, TOC content and migration distance will increase with the incubation time, the fertilization treatment have different degrees of increase, regardless of whether the application of low amount, high amount of green manure or mixed with phosphate fertilizer will significantly increase the content of TOC and its migration distance in the soil. The content of TOC and migration distance in the soil, mixed fertilizer of green manure is more significant than single application of green manure..(4) Light organic carbon (LFOC) . The results of the study on the content and migration distance indicate that the content and migration distance of LFOC will increase with the prolongation of culture time, whether it is low dosage, high amount of green manure or mixed with phosphate fertilizer, the content of LFOC and the migration distance in the soil were significantly increased. The mixed fertilizer of green manure could significantly increase the content and migration distance of LFOC in microstructure soil.(5) The results of recombinant organic carbon (HFOC) on the content and migration distance show that the content and migration distance of HFOC are affected by the amount of fertilizer, and will increase with the increase of culture time. The amount of HFOC and its migration distance in the soil were significantly increased, and the mixed fertilizer of green manure could significantly increase the content and migration distance of HFOC in the microstructure soil.(6) The results of the study on the content and migration distance of the particulate organic carbon (POC) show that the POC content, when applied to GML or GMH, does not accompany the phosphate fertilizer, and the POC content decreased with the prolongation of culture time. The treatment of mixed phosphate fertilizer was similar to other organic carbon components, and the migration distance could be increased significantly.(7) Studies on the content and migration distance of mineral-bound organic carbon(MOC) showed that the content and migration distance of MOC were affected by the amount of fertilizer, and increased with the increase of culture time. The application rate of green manure or mixed with phosphate fertilizer could significantly increase the content of MOC and its migration distance in soil. The mixed fertilizer of green manure could significantly increase the content and migration distance of MOC in soil.In summary, the purpose of this study is to provide scientific basis for the rational application of green fertilizers to fertilize soil.
