The main purposes of paper were to understand the relationship between the mixed silage quality of alhagi sparsifolia shap-alfalfa and the dynamic change of lactic acid bacteria and yeast,as well as to determine the dominant silage microorganisms in ensilage fermentation and provide theoretical support for alhagi resources reasonable use.Early-flowering Alhagi sparsifolia shap and alfalfa were mixed together at five different ratios to make silage in the study: 100% alfalfa silage(M),70% alfalfa + 30%A.sparsifolia shap silage(L3),50% alfalfa + 50% A.sparsifolia shap silage(L5),30%alfalfa + 70% A.sparsifolia shap silage(L7)and 100% A.sparsifolia shap silage(LC).The silage samples were collected at the 1th,3th,5th,10 th,15th,30 th,60th day of ensilaging and the 1th,3th,5th,10 th,15th day after opening lid.The chemical composition,sensory quality,fermentation quality,changes in the amount and type of lactic acid bacteria and yeas in different time point samples were determined,and the results were as follows:Comparing with single alfalfa silage(M),the mix-silages of A.sparsifolia shap and alfalfa(L3,L4,L5)increased the dry matter and water-soluble carbohydrates content of mixed raw material,and were in favor of microbial fermentation.Meanwhile,the mix-silages boosted the lactic acid content of the feed and the proportion of lactic acid to acetic acid,and reduced the content of butyric acid,the ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen and p H value.As mentioned above,it made the quality of mix-silages better than that of single silage.Bacilluss Subtili was the dominant bacteria in the experiment and accounted for more than 55% of the total number of lactic acid bacteria,and followed by B.Licheniformis accounting for more than 10%.The dominant yeast in single A.sparsifolia shap silage was candida and accounted for 88.4% of the total number of yeast candida.Candida was the dominant species in mix-silage too and accounted above 80% of the total number of yeast.Pichia pastroris was the the second dominant species and Rhodotoruda mucilaginosa accounted less 10% of the total number of yeast in mix-silageWith increasing time after opening lid,the chemical composition of silage,lactic acid content and Lactobacillus amount all decreased,hower,p H value,butyric acid content and the total number of yeast all elevated.The Lactobacillus plant and L.Casei were completely suppressed in the 3th day and 5th day after uncovering lid,respectively.
