Influence Of Wheat Straw Ash In Rape And Pyrethrum Seedling Growth

Pyrethrum is known as non-polluting natural plant insecticides and have a good effect in the biocontrol of pests.However,the initial experimental study of the laboratory project shows that the initial germination rate of the purchased and harvested pyrethrum seeds is very low(16.17%),And the emergence of difficult,to the production of large areas of planting using pyrethrum has brought difficulties.As one of the largest oil crops in China,rapeseed is one of the problems of seed production and small seed production.In addition to the traditional medicinal efficacy of vegetation,in the field of agriculture is often used to make base fertilizer.In order to improve the vitality of pyrethrum and rape seed,we tested the effect of wheat straw ash on the growth of rapeseed and pyrethrum seedling.The results also provided scientific basis for broadening the use of traditional Chinese medicinal ash in the field of agricultural nursery.The effects of five different gradients on the growth of two rapeseed cultivars were studied by using soil strawberry as the control.The results showed that the effects of five different treatments on the seedling growth of two rape cultivars were studied.There was no difference in the difference of seed germination between different rapeseed varieties in the four treatments,but the optimum dosage of soaking,seed dressing and sowing treatment was determined by seed germination rate and seedling growth status.Different,the specific results are as follows:Extension Oil 2 rapeseed: the optimum dose of 1% wheat straw ash(volume percentage);the optimum dosage for seed dressing was 1% of wheat straw(mass percentage);the best dose for the treatment is 0.05g/hole of wheat straw powder;the best dose for basal fertilizer treatment is 0.1g/hole of wheat straw ash.Shaanxi Oil No.16 rape: the optimum dose of 0.5% wheat straw powder(volume percentage);the optimum dosage for seed dressing was 2.5% of wheat straw ash(mass percentage));the best dose for the treatment is 0.5g/hole of wheat straw powder;the best dosefor basal fertilizer treatment is 0.1g/hole of wheat straw ash.The results of comprehensive comparison test showed that the same dosage of wheat straw and wheat straw powder in four different treatment methods,the best treatment of base fertilizer,unified treatment,wheat straw than wheat straw powder effect.Based on the above conclusions,the effect of wheat straw on the growth of insecticides was studied.The results showed that wheat straw ash could increase the germination rate of pepper seeds by 40.74%,and increase the average per plant 0.02095 g.It is suggested that the germination rate and seedling rate of small grain seeds with low germination rate should be improved with 41.67 kg/acre of wheat straw ash.
