Mimachamys nobilis Reeve is tropical and subtropical high economic value of warm water shellfish,In this paper,by detecting survival rate, the immune indexes and physiological indexes, explore the juvenile(before sexual maturity)and adult(sexual maturity)under different conditions of temperature and salinity to adjust mechanism and low temperature, low salt stress on physiological and immune indexes of two specifications of scallops,The main results are as follows:(1)In the experiments of temperature and salinity gradients, the survival rate of Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve was decreased with the decreased temperature and salinity,The results showed that 96h LT50 values of the juvenile, adult were 12.81?,13.33?respectively.96h LS50 values of the juvenile, adult were 18,20 respectively.Indicating that the juvenile Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve was more adaptable to the lower temperature and salinity and the suitable survival temperature was 15-30?,the optimum survival salinity was 26-35.(2)With the decrease of temperature or salinity, the activities of four tissues(gill, muscle, hepatopancreas and mantle)of Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve showed the tendency of continuing rise after reducing, the activities of SOD?CAT?MPO in mantle was significantly higher than in the gill, hepatopancreas and muscle(p<0.05).and the content of MDA in four tissues increased, the content of MDA in mantle, gill and hepatopancreas was significantly higher than in the muscle(p<0.05).The content of hepatic and muscular glycogen were gradually reduced and the content of hepatic glycogen was significantly higher than muscular glycogen.the activities of Na+/K+-ATPase showed the tendency of continuing rise.the activities of Na+/K+-ATPase in gill was significantly higher than in the mantle, hepatopancreas and muscle(p<0.05).(3)In the temperature between 10? and 30?,the filtration rate and ingestion rate of the juvenile and adult Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve was increased until the rate reaches peak value at the temperature of 25? after decreased, and the respiration rate and excretion rate of he juvenile and adult Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve showed the tendency of rise,It reached the maximum rate when the temperature was 30?,In the different saline conditions among 20 to 35,the filtration rate and ingestion rate of the juvenile and adult Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve showed the tendency of increased after decreased,It reached the maximum rate(filtration rate and ingestion rate)when the salinity was 29 in the juvenile group, the same result was found in the adult group only in filtration rate, ingestion rate in the adult group reaches peak value at the salinity of 32.With saline increased, the respiration rate and excretion rate of the juvenile and adult Mimachlamys nobilis Reeve showed the tendency of increased then decreased,It was found that the rate reaches peak value at the salinity of 32.The results confirms that the optimal physiological state temperature was 25?;salinity was 29-32.
