| Antibiotic residues in animal products caused serious problem to food safety and human health.Probiotics,as a kind of green food additives are widely used in livestock production.Currently the food probiotics including 4 types,they are lactobacillus,bacillus,yeast and mold.Bacillus is a kind of probiotic which can endure high temperature,high pressure and acid,and can produce spores of aerobic nonpathogenic bacteria,There are many studies focus on the application effect of bacillus on laying hens,however the results were different.So it is necessary for fuether study on applications of bacillus on laying hens.The aim of this study is to clarify the application effcts of bacillus on laying hens which could provide theoretical basis for birds practical production.We selected the bacillus subtilis,bacillus licheniformis,waxy bacillus and short bacillus four types of bacteria that allowed by government.The production performance of laying hens and health effects were studied.The 600 laying hens were randomly divided into four groups,the control group was fed the basic diet,experimental group birds diet were fed 0.15%bacillus subtilis,0.15%bacillus licheniformis,0.15%composite bacillus respectively.The production performance of laying hens,egg quality,intestinal flora compositions and the impact of odor substance content were analyzed.The results were as follows:the diet adding compound bacillus significantly improved the laying hens daily output,significantly reduced the mortality rate of laying hens,and to a certain extent,it could improve egg production,reduce the soft egg rate.Diet adding bacillus subtilis,bacillus licheniformis and compound bacillus could promote the bacteria count of intestinal lactobacillus,restraind bacteria count of staphylococcus,enterococcus,and enterobacterium.At the same time,the diet adding compound bacillus could reduce the laying hens indole,skatole and ammonia values of feces.Among them,the effects of compound bacillus were best. |
