Agaricus blazei, also known as Brazil mushroom is a grass rot, aerobic, like wet,the temperature higher fungi with fresh and delicious, nutritious.Based on the laboratory preserved the biological characteristics of two strains of six aspects of testing(temperature,pH,moisture, planting material medium pH,different place and different culture media),we know that A.blazei grows at 25-30 degrees ideal, and grows faster at pH 5-7 mycelium on PDA medium. In the same level of culture medium upright culture is always better, fast, and vigorous than the inverted culture.A.blazei grows in corn flour peptone medium and PDA medium better. In addition, protective agent concentration, cell age, cooling rate and thawing temperature of A.blazei were analyzed in the study. Also study how long the A.blazei will live in 4℃ low temperature. The results showed that the best method of liquid nitrogen preservation of A.blazei was pretreatment of 4℃to-40℃ at the rate of 1℃ per minute,10%glycerol protector, thawing at 30℃,and vigorous mycelium as the material.Another results showed that the other liquid nitrogen preservation was a bad preservation method which can cause the A.blazei be injured in the process of preservation. At the same time we found that the A.blazei will live in 4℃ low temperature for 11 days.
