Cadmium,salt and drought stresses affect the growth of corn under excess of cadmium,and can enter the body by direct consumption,thus affecting people's health.ln areas with saline and drought stresses,the growth and development of corn is seriously impacted,the yield is also affected directly.This study AsA for the material,and study its impact on the growth of corn under cadmium,salt and drought stress,in order to clarify the mitigation effect of AsA,and filter out the best mitigation to improve the cadmium,salt and drought stress on corn production.To study the stress on corn growth and development under cadmium,salt,drought stress and AsA treatment,sampling in the growth period,research plant height,leaf area,leaf number,water content,photosynthesis,photosynthetic pigments such as growth and development indicators;Soluble protein,MDA,SOD,POD,CAT,GSH-PX and H2O2 biochemical indicators;Absorption capacity of root,stem,leaf,seed for cadmium.1.50mg/L Cd2+ solution stress,0.1 mol/L NaCl solution stress,drought stress affect the growth of corn and caused significant damage.Inhibited growth morphology indicators of the corn plant height,leaf area,leaf water content and leaf number growth,while suppressing corn photosynthetic rate,photosynthetic pigments,as well as the activities of SOD,POD,CAT enzyme activity,soluble protein significantly reduced,MDA content was significantly higher.2.Surface spraying 0.5mmol/L AsA of the corn,50mg/L Cd2+ stress have good mitigation effects;Surface spraying 0.3mmol/L AsA of the corn,0.1 mol/L of NaCl stress and drought stress have good mitigation effects.Corn leaf area,leaf water content,leaf number,chlorophyll and soluble protein content,SOD,POD,CAT enzyme activity significantly increased,MDA and Cd2 + in the roots,stems and leaves grain decreased,effectively alleviate the stress,net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate was significantly higher,Intercellular CO2 concentration significantly reduced.3.Spraying exogenous ascorbic acid to improve the Cd,NaCl,drought stress has a very good role in the growth and development of corn,And a small amount,with a lot of applications and development value.
