In this research, negative air ions(NAI)released by 15 species of Liliaceae plants under natural conditions and pulsed electrical field stimulation was detected. The daily variation and recession trend of NAI generated by 11 species of Liliaceae plants under 8kV pulsed electrical stimulation were studied.Ⅰ also explored the best combination of pulse intensity, pulse width, frequency of stimulation in 11 kinds of Liliaceae indoor plants to release NAI through the regression analysis. The correlation of residual voltage in leaf tips and NAI was also be explored.Main results were as follows:1,The determination of NAI generated by 15 species of Liliaceae plants under natural conditions and plused electrical stimulation.NAI generated by 15 species of Liliaceae plants in sealed glass chamber with the dimensions 80×80×80cm under natural conditions was detected with DLY-4G-232 air ion detector. The results showed that:(1)Concentration of negative air ion released by 15 species of Liliaceae plants had extremely significant difference under normal conditions(P=0.00).Cluster analysis was performed on 15 species of plants, they were divided into 5 categories.Category Ⅰ was Aloe mitriformis;Category Ⅱ was Dianella ensifolia;Category Ⅲ were Dracaena deremensis ’Compacta’,Hosta plantaginea;Category IV were Monostera oblique vsr.expilata,Ophiopogon bodinieri,Haworthia fasciata,Hemerocallis with the natural conditions except Dracaena deremensis’Compacta’,NAI released by plants under 8kV pulsed electrical stimulation and natural state of releasing negative air ion had no correlativity(P=0.838).The multiplication effect were significantly difference between different plants, from large to small was as follows:Chlorophytum comosum>Hemerocallis fulva>Asparagus setaceus ’Nanus’>Haworthia fasciata>Aloe vera var.chinensis>Asparagus myriocladus>Asparagus cochinchinensis>Ophiopogon bodinieri>Dianella ensifolia>Lilium brownii var.Viridulum>Hosta plantaginea>Aloe mitriformis>Monostera oblique var.expilata>Aspidistra elatior>Dracaena deremensis’ Compacta’.The most obviously was Chlorophytum comosum which was 14690.05 times;next was Hemerocallis fulva which was 9334.06 times;Dracaena deremensis ’Compacta’ was only 1.13 times. The paired t-test of the NAI released by the plants under natural conditions and 8kV pulsed electric stimulation had significant difference(P=0.006).(3)Concentration of NAI released by different plants had extremely significant difference under 8kV pulsed electrical stimulation(P=0.000).Cluster analysis was performed on 15 species of plants, they were divided into 4 categories.Category I was Hemerocallis fulva;Category Ⅱ was Chlorophytum comosum,Haworthia fasciata;CategoryⅢ was Asparagus setaceus ’Nanus’,Ophiopogon bodinieri,Aloe mitriformis,Hostaplantaginea,Asparagus cochinchinensis,Asparagus myriocladus,Aloe vera var.chinensis,Dianella ensifolia;Category Ⅳ was Monostera oblique var.expilata,Lilium brownii comosum which released 989000 ion/cm3;Dracaena deremensis ’Compacta’ released only 269ion/cm3 which was the weakest.2,The determination of diurnal changes of NAI in 11 species of Liliaceae plants under 18 kV pulsed electrical field stimulation.Selecting 11 species of Liliaceae plants releasing negative ions concentration relatively high from 8kv high voltage stimulation experiment Diurnal changes of NAI in 11 species(varieties)in sealedglass chamber with the dimensions 80 X 80cm X 80cm under 8kV pulsed electrical stimulation was detected with DLY-4G-232 air ion detector. Results indicated that diurnal changes of NAⅠ in 11 species of Liliaceae plants was similar.Coefficient of variation(CV)of four plants wit h tips Asparagus myriocladus,Asparagus cochinchinensis,Aloe vera var.chinensis,Haworthia fasciata were 15.38%,7.51%,5.74%,3.5%.It indicated that concentration of NAI released by four plants under 8kV were stable.Diurnal changes of four plants Dianella ensifolia,Chlorop hytum comosum,Aloe mitriformis and Hemerocallis fulva was rise at begin, then fall after andrise again and the CV of them were 28.42%,45.96%,35.38%and 16.55%.The NAI concentrations of Asparagus setaceus ’Nanus’ in 8kV impulsing voltage present the downward trend and the CV of it was 32.46%.The NAI concentrations of Hosta plantaginea in 8kV impulsing voltage showed a trend of decline of up and down and the CV of it was 14.08%.The NAI concentrations of Ophiopogon bodinieri in 8kV impulsing voltage present the "A few" glyph and the CV of it was 25.79%.3,The study on the declining trend of NAI released by 11 species of Liliaceae plants with increasing distance.NAI generated by 11 species of Liliaceae plants with the distance from the plants 0.2m and lm under 8kV plused electrical stimilation was detected by DLY-4G-232 air ion detector on the experiment work station. The higher concentration of NAI in 0.2m away from the plant, the more serious attenuation of NAI in lm,and there had significantly correlation between them through Pearson correlation test(P=0.000).NAI concentration in 0.2m and in 1.0m by 11 species of Liliaceae plants under 8kV plused electrical stimilation presented positive correlation, but the correlation was not significant(P=0.685).4,Investigation of the best combination of pulse intensity, pulse width, frequency of stimulation in 11 kinds of Liliaceae indoor plants to release negative ions.Using DLY-4G-232 air ion detector,Investigate the best combination of pulse intensity, pulse width, frequency of stimulation in 11 kinds of Liliaceae indoor plants to release negative ions by setting them in sealed glass chamber with the dimensions 80×80×80cm.Results show that:(1)Asparagus myriocladus released 2.5 million ion/cm3under portfolio A3BIC3(Um =17 kV,T=0.5s,≌=90 ms)and portfolio A2B1C3(Um=15kV,T=0.5s,τ=90 ms),which were the highest.(2)7 plants(Asparagus setaceus’Nanus’,Ophiopogon bodinieri,Haworthia fasciata,Aloe mitriformis,Hemerocallis fulva,Hosta plantaginea,Aloe vera var.chinensis released the most NAI optimal combination for A3B1C3(Um =17kV,T=0.5 s,τ=90 ms).(3)Asparagus cochinchinensis produced 1.4 million ion/cm3 under the pulsed electric field(Um=17kV,T=0.5s,τ=60ms,90ms)which was the highest.(4)The best stimulation combination of Chlorophytum comosum was A3B2C3(Um=1kV,T=1.0s,τ=90 ms).(5)The best stimulation combination of Dianella ensifolia were A3B2C3 and A3B1C2.Orthogonal experiments showed that NAI released by three species of plants Asparagus cochinchinensis,Chlorophytum comosum,Dianella ensifolia and the specific pulse interval has a specificity.8 species of Liliaceae plants released the highest concentration of NAI under the stimulation combination of A3B1C3(Um=17 kV,T=0.5 s,τ=90 ms).Higher the pulse voltage,Wider thepulse width, and shorter the pulse intervals was in favour of NAI produced.5,The study on correlation between leaf-tip residue voltage and NAI by oscilloscope of TDO1000/2000.studying the correlation between leaf-tip residue voltage and NAI by Liliaceae plants. The results were as follows.14 species of plants had postive related relationship between leaves tip residues voltage with concentration of NAI.7 species of plants as Asparagus myriocladus(P=0.017),Ophiopogon bodinieri(P=0.030)Asparaguscochinchinensis(P=0.044),Aloe mitriformis(P=0.044),Hemerocallis fulva(P=0.030),Hosta plantaginea(P=0.040),Monostera oblique var.expilata(P=0.049)had significantly postive related relationship between leaves tip residues voltage with concentration of NAI,other species of plants was not significantly postive related relationship between leaves tip residues voltage with concentration of NAI as Ophiopogon bodinieri(P=0.055),Hosta plantaginea(P=0.086),Dianella ensifolia(P=0.220)Haworthia fasciata(P=0.060)Aloe veravar.chinensi(P=0.063),Lilium brownii var.viridulum(P=0.077),Aspidistra elatior(P=0.090),Dianella ensifolia(P=0.060).Identifying the voltage dependence of plants releasing NAI voltage by comparative analysis between Plant voltage decrement and Its corresponding attenuation releasing NAI.The results show that:4 species of plants as Ophiopogon bodinieri,Hosta plantaginea,Aloe vera var.chinensis,Dianella ensifolia releasing NAI have less dependence on the external voltage. When the voltage intensity changes, the ability of 3 species of plants as Hemerocallis fulva,Lilium brownii var.Viridulum,Monostera oblique var.expilata to release NAI will decline sharply. The attenuation of Aspidistra elatior releasing NAI is greater than the attenuation of voltage level 15.02%which releasing NAI are more sensitive to the voltage.
