| Rice plant type,panicle type and grain type is one of the important factors of rice yield,plant type,panicle type and grain type has played an important role in super-high yield breeding.In this study,Using Jiangxi Agricultural university breeding Chang Hui 121with Yueguang constructed chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs),Then use the chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs)groups as materials to build a high-density molecular genetic map.Using the populationBC3F6、BC4F5 and BC5F4 209lines of plant height,Flag leaf length,Flag leaf width,flag leaf angle,tiller number,Panicle length,primary branches,secondary branches,seed setting rate,Thousand grain weight,grain length,and grain width 12 rice traits investigation in 2015 year,Investigation of the above analysis of the data,the following results:1.In this study,209 CSSLs lines(chromosome segment substitution lines)were analyzed by 180 SSR(simple sequence repent)to construct a high-density molecular linkage map.Finally selected 84 candidates plant.On plant genotype analysis for 84Substitution Lines,the proportion of the total number of molecular markers mark the average number per plant was replaced with 5.19%,the number of marks for the replacement of 9.5,where in homozygous genotype for plant of 7.5,heterozygous genotype of 2.2.17 QTL for the six plant traits are detecte in Nanchang,and distributed on chromosome 1,2,3,4,6,10,11,and 12.LOD value between 2.6-49.74,contribution rate single QTL ranged from 2.94%-77.03%.Rice leaf traits was investigated and analysis,targeted to the gene to control leaf rl-5 and rl-2,initially set on chromosome 5RM7444-RM2998 and chromosome 2 RM1092.3.21 QTL for the four Panicle traits are detecte in Nanchang,located in the 1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,11,and 12 chromosome.LOD value between 2.6-49.74,contribution rate single QTL ranged from 2.94%-77.03%.4.29 QTL for three grain type are detecte in 2015 Nanchang,and mapped on 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,10 and 12 chromosome.LOD value between 3.01 to 46.92,the range of the explained phenotypic variation is 0.77%to 36.26%. |
