Actinidiaceae,Actinidia Lindl which contains 52 species,16 varietas,it is comprised of 68 taxonomical unit.There are three kinds of kiwi fruit in Jilin province,which are Actinidia arguta,Actinidia polygama and Actinidia Kolomikta.Belong to perennation small-sizde fruit trees,liana,deciduous plant.The chromosome is carrier of genetic material.Observing and analyzing the characteristics of pants is signality to tracing the origin center of species and researching genetic relationship of plants.In order to get the hereditary character of three kind of plants adequately,as well as enrich the information bank of wild small-sized fruit trees,and also to provide important reference for the breeding and planting development of wild berries,we have authenticated the ploidy of three kinds of fruit trees through FCM,and we also had a karyotype analysis through conventional tabletting method.The results showed that:1.Actinidia argutat is tetraploid(2n=4x),it’s karyotype formula is 2n=98msat+16sm+2st.Index of karyotypic asymmetry is 51.27%,The arm index is 230,The chromosome length ratio is 3.49,the chromosome number is 2n=116,The ratio of arm ratio>2 is 6.8%,the karyotype type is 2B.2.Actinidia kolomikta is diploid(2n=2x),and it’s karyotype formula is 2n=52m+6sm.Index of karyotypic asymmetry is 56.32%,the chromosome length ratio is 1.73.The ratio of arm ratio>2 is 7%,and the karyotype type is 2A.3.Actinidia polygama is diploid(2n=2x),the karyotype formula is 2n=34m+24sm,Index of karyotypic asymmetry is 61.87%.The arm index is 116,the chromosome length ratio is 1.87,the ratio of arm ratio>2 is 31%,the chromosome number is 2n=58,the karyotype type is 2A.
