In this study,we used LED lights as a light source.Gourd used as the material we firstly carried out the 4 kind of different wavelengths monochromatic light test,and then manually set different light intensity and light quality ratio of red light to blue light,finally we carried out composite RGB light experiments,in order to explore the physiological and biochemical characteristics under different light quality and light intensity,find the optimal light quality and light intensity for the growth of gourd seeding growth,and provide the basis for the regulatory application of LED spectra in factory gourd seeding,The results are as follows:1.Effects of light quality on Growth and Several Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Lagenaria siceraria(Molina)Standl.red light was favorable to the gourd plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,biomass,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance and increased its chlorophyll,soluble sugar content,while Blu-ray treatment would help increase the protein content of melon gourd seedlings and carotenoid;green light would tend to reduce membrane lipid peroxidation and decrease MDA content.Meanwhile,photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic characteristics and soluble sugar processing 14 d are the highest,known monochromatic light gourd to handle 14 d is appropriate.Gourd industrialized breeding with monochromatic light source,should choose a wavelength of 660?670 nm red light as artificial light.2.Effects of light intensity and the ratio of red to blue on Growth and Several Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Lagenaria siceraria(Molina)Standl.The ratio of red to blue light quality were R:B 7:3(Experiment 1)and R:B 3:7(Test 2)under the conditions,with light intensity increasesing,gourd plant height,leaf area and other growth indicators have improved significantly.Meanwhile,under the same conditions of light intensity,spectral energy distribution of the light output would also affect the growth of gourd.Groud seedling leaf area was larger when the proportion of blue light treatment was predominant and the large proportion of red light was more conducive to an increase in leaf area.After 7?14 d treatment chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll and carotenoid content increased with the number of days increased.But in later stage,each color index declined.Red light under the same condition,the soluble sugar content under predominant red light proportion was obviously more than that under predominant blue light proportion.However,the protein contant in the seeding leaf under predominant blue light was significantly more than that in seeding leaf under predominant red light;with the increase of light intensity,the content of MDA decreased significantly.In conclusion,gourd seedlings in light intensity of 120 ?mol·m-2·s-1 grown better,at of the premise of saving the cost of production,then based on this,by properly increasing the light intensity can better promote the growth,biomass and internal physiological indicators of gourd to improve and The ratio of red to blue light quality were R:B 7:3 of monochromatic light is more conducive to the gourd seedlings growth.3.Effects of LED Composite Light Quality on Growth and Several Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Lagenaria siceraria(Molina)Standl.within a certain range,when the light intensity and photoperiod of different LED light quality complex were consistent,and the ratio of red light was bigger than blue light,gourd seedling height,leaf area,length of hypocotyls,root length,root fraction,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll(a+b)and soluble sugar content increased;when the ratio of blue light was greater than red light,stem diameter,seedling index,root surface area,root volume and root mean diameter increased;composite of red and blue light,coupled with proper proportion green light,increased stem diameter,enhanced seedling index,decreased MDA content and increase seedling resistance of gourd.Through analysis and comparison red,green and blue light ratio of 6:2:2 in the complex of LED light can act as the optimum light source for gourd growth.And processing 15 d is the best.Thus,the South facilities gourd industrialized breeding and cultivation,select the red,green and blue light ratio of 6:2:2 in the complex of LED light as artificial light is more appropriate,and could according to the nursery of grown seedling of different periods,to adjust the proportion of red and blue.
