As a cash crop,tobacco has the outstanding position in the national economy.During different growth stages,tobacco should be sprinkled pesticide many times.These heavy tasks are always done by farmers,which are bad to farmers' health.At present,there are a few machines for planting tobacco in our country.They are not widely used,because they are not flexible.At present,the planting pattern is artificial planting,which leads to different row-spacing.Machines can't get through tobacco field smoothly.And there is little space for machine to steer at the edge of a field.In order to solve these problems,we design a kind of tobacco sprayer.The sprayer can steer when it is moving,and the width of the sprayer can change continuously.Besides,The sprayer can move transversely and steer where it is.The spraying work can be done by tobacco sprayer during tobacco's growth stages.The tobacco sprayer is driven by hydraulic system fully.The sprayer consists an engineer,the hydraulic system,hydraulic walking motors,independent steering system and spraying system.The core task is the design and control of independent steering system.The steering function which the prayer has includes: steering when it is moving,steering when its width changes,steering when it needs to move transversely,and steering when it needs to steer where it is.The main research contents and achievements are:1.Design of walking system and steering system for tobacco sprayer,which can reduce the sprayer's turning radius sharply,and can change the width of the sprayer continuously.Then build a virtual prototype model of tobacco sprayer with the help of Solid Works 3D software.2.Through the dynamics and kinematics analysis on the independent steering mechanism with the help of ADAMS/VIEW software,I optimize the structural parameters of the independent steering mechanism.3.I design a hydraulic system,which can meet the independent steering function of tobacco sprayer.Then I calculate and select the hydraulic components.4.Using the programmable logic controller to control a variety of valves of hydraulic system,then achieving the purpose of controlling the independent steering of tobacco sprayer.At last,we confirm the steering precision of wheel through experiment,which is controlled by PLC Program and hydraulic system.
