| Recent years, WSN have become a hot field which involves many other subjects and contains a lot. However, the traditional wire sensor network applied for drying box could not meet our necessary gradually. Because of the limitations of traditional wired sensor network monitoring system in a solar oven, this paper choosed CC2530 chip and wireless sensor network based on ZigBee tree network topology.At the first of all, this paper introduced the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional wired sensor networks system in the solar oven. Secondly we designed the overall structure of the system and selected the appropriate wireless protocol, and then made the coordinator node, the router nodes and terminal sensor nodes from the two aspects of hardware and software, moreover, set up a wireless sensor network based ZigBee tree structure protocol with a coordinator node, a router node and 5 sensor terminal nodes. We analysis the capture data using test software tools and tested its network performance and communication distance. And finally the traditional wired connection using Matlab solar oven monitoring system monitoring data and wireless sensor networks measured data were compared, respectively establish temperature and humidity distribution map by Elman neural network modeling, analyze the relationship between temperature, humidity and other factors between the moisture content of alfalfa, so be verified by comparing the test group and maybe an alternative to traditional wired sensor networks WSN in solar drying Application feasibility box temperature and humidity monitoring system.The results show that the sensor terminal nodes can be monitored in the oven temperature and humidity information is transmitted through the router to the coordinator node and eventually showed up in serial communication assistant software interface. Wireless sensor network mesh structure can be achieved very well. It is absolutely made that WSN could be an alternative to traditional wired sensor networks in the solar oven temperature and humidity monitoring system applications. |
