For a long time,the traditional construction of wet operation energy consumption is too large.Long construction period,serious environmental pollution,construction quality is not easy to control,which does not conform to the concept of sustainable development.This dissertation presents an fabricated small plate structure system,which can overcome many problems of wet operation and realize all dry connection.What is more,it can not only guarantee the construction quality of prefabricated building,but also possess efficient and green modern industrial assembly technology and production method.As the wall of the prefabricated small plate structural system is composed of many standard small plates connected by connectors,it can meet the requirements of different styles of architecture and is conducive to the diversification of residential modeling.The low-rise prefabricated small plate structure system is mainly built in the New countryside,Xiongan New Area and overseas housing.In this dissertation,theoretical analysis and numerical analysis are used to obtain the mechanical and seismic performance of the assembled small plate structure system.First of all,the dissertation analyzes the background,production process,static performance,earthquake resistance and other aspects of the low-rise assembled small plate structure system,analyzes the working characteristics and mechanical performance of the joints and combined wall of the low-rise assembled small plate structure system,and makes a feasibility analysis of the whole system.Secondly,ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to simulate the monotone static loading of a typical joint in the assembled small plate structure system,and the stress characteristics are obtained.Then,using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,a composite wall composed of 6 standard small plates connected with each other through self-tapping nails and connecting plates was designed.Low-cycle cyclic loading simulation was carried out on the wall to obtain hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility coefficient,etc.Change the location,size,quantity and other parameters of the reserved hole of the combined wall to determine the rationality of opening and the best seismic scheme.Finally,a two-floor prefabricated small plate structure villa is established,its modes are studied,and the overall response spectrum of the small plate structure systemis analyzed.The seismic response of the second-floor built-up small plate structure system villa and the second-floor masonry structure under different seismic intensities is studied.The seismic performance of the low-floor built-up small plate structure system can meet the requirements of the design code.In this thesis,we mainly use a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis to obtain the properties of a low structural system,and provide valuable reference and guidance for future engineering practice and theoretical research.
