With the rapid development of science and technology,the measurement of flow is widely used in every aspect of people’s production and life.Flow plays a very important role in many aspects of life,so the measurement of fluid flow or total volume is also getting higher and higher.Especially in a new era that focuses on environmental protection and energy conservation,fluid flow detection is extremely important.The characteristics of ultrasonic flowmeter are as follows:It will not make contact with the measured fluid,and it can also be measured without changing the state of the fluid.its sensors are easy to disassemble and install,these advantages make the ultrasonic flowmeter stand out from the crowd of ultrasonic flowmeters and are widely favored by users.In the actual production and life,when ultrasonic waves measure the flowing fluid,it may be interfered by many external factors such as the temperature of the external environment,the radius of the pipe through which the fluid flows,or the speed of the measured fluid flow.These disturbances may cause the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic flow sensor to be affected to some extent,and further strengthening and correction are needed.In this paper,based on consulting a large number of domestic and foreign ultrasonic flowmeter literatures,the Doppler effect ultrasonic detection flow technology method is used,and the final results are obtained through hardware circuit design and software simulation.This article takes TMS320F2812 DSP as the core to design the flow measurement system.The hardware system needs to amplify the transmitted waveform,and then collect and process it.The main program,data monitoring related programs,data processing related degree and other contents are the main content of thesoftware part,The calculation part is mainly based on the two algorithms of Doppler effect ultrasonic flow calculation formula and Fourier transform,and then the digital filtering technology needs to be used to process the Doppler signal in the frequency domain.After completing the design of the circuit part,the CCS software is used for debugging and simulation.After a series of simulation experiments,the Doppler effect ultrasonic flow sensor designed in this paper can effectively measure the fluid flow with a certain accuracy.The measurement accuracy also meets the basic needs of industrial production and life. |
