The development of the transportation industry plays a very important role in the national economy.Therefore,in the railway transportation link,the selection of railway operation and maintenance machinery with a certain carrying capacity and good performance is a vital part of ensuring operations.In recent years,due to the continuous increase in the speed of rail vehicles and the increasing forces between the various components of the rolling stock and the wheel-rail,the dynamic problems caused by such changes have gradually attracted attention.The development of research topics on the dynamics of vehicles appears to be particularly important.important.Based on the finite element analysis theory and multi-body dynamics technology,this paper establishes a vehicle dynamics model based on the existing dynamic parameters of rail vehicles and performs simulation calculations to obtain the stability,smoothness and curve passing of the vehicle.Three dynamic indicators of sex.The article first introduces the overall structural characteristics of the track ballast car,mainly from the vehicle bogie,main frame and vehicle dynamics model to establish and analyze the overall structure model.The key technology used involves the related theories of dynamics to conduct in-depth research on vehicle geometric parameters,performance parameters,topological structure,etc.,with the large-scale multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK,finite element analysis software ANSYS and computer aided by the German Aerospace Agency.The design software SOLIDWORKS is the platform,and the multi-body dynamics model of the car-body vehicle system is established based on the actual structure.On this basis,the American V-class track spectrum is used as the excitation input on the track line to calculate the operating conditions of the vehicle on the line Carry out dynamic analysis of vehicle systems.Regarding the modeling method of the locomotive dynamics model of railway vehicles,this article mainly focuses on abstracting the actual physical entities of vehicles into mechanical and mathematical models,simplifying the factors that have little influence,and extracting only the mechanical parameters of the objects.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows: 1.Calculate the frequency of shaking,rolling,floating,and nodding of the ballast car.2.Using the excitation input conditions of the U.S.Class V line track spectrum,the critical velocity of snake instability is obtained.3.The calculation of the locomotive passing through the circular curve,the axle lateral force H,and the derailment coefficient Q/P are calculated and analyzed in accordance with the limits specified in GB/T17426-1998,and the curve operation safety of the vehicle is accurately determined to meet the requirements.Provide guidance and assistance for the design and manufacture of later rail vehicles.
