An Analysis Of Financial Strategy Under SaaS Business Model Transformation

China's construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy,the scale continues to climb.With the deepening of urbanization construction and other government strategies,its pillar status will not change for a long time.But construction growth has slowed since 2013,and there is an urgent need to inject energy by construction informatization.As the leading construction software information service provider in China,under the pressure of external economic downturn in 2015,Guanglianda began to transform its business model from selling software to providing service,transferring engineering business online,promoting cloud platform and building construction information integration,and promoting construction informatization.As a pioneer in the transformation of the construction software industry,the financial strategy in the process of transformation deserves attention.This paper first combs the relevant research and related theories at home and abroad,introduces the basic situation of the transformation of Guanglianda,then analyzes the necessity and advantages of the transformation of the company through case analysis.Based on the prospected theory,trade-off theory and signaling theory,illustrates the financial strategy of enterprises from three aspects: investment strategy,financing strategy and profit distribution strategy.At the same time,through the profitability,solvency and other related indicators,combined with the financial data and relevant information of the enterprise,evaluated the implementation effect of its strategy,found some problems,and drew relevant conclusions and put forward some suggestions.According to the analysis,it is found that the financial strategy of Guanglianda provides a good support for the transformation of enterprises,and the changes of relevant financial indicators before and after the transformation are obvious.But there are also problems of low efficiency of investment and excessive expenses.The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant reference and reference for the transformation of other construction related enterprises through the analysis of Guanglianda's financial strategy.
