As the main means of transportation in logistics,heavy cargo vehicles play a very important role in the transportation system.According to the statistical data of the Ministry of Transport in 2019,the freight volume of heavy cargo vehicles accounts for 78% of the total highway freight volume in China,and the number of heavy cargo vehicles accounts for 82% of the total highway operating vehicles.Due to the characteristics of high center of gravity and large mass of heavy cargo vehicles,the vibration of the vehicle body is more intense than that of small cars,and the long-term vibration is easy to make the driver fall into the state of fatigue driving,which also increases the probability of dangerous occurrence of heavy vehicles when they are on the road.Therefore,the determination of reasonable dynamic driving parameters can effectively improve the ride comfort of heavy cargo vehicles.It can also improve the comfort of passengers and extend the normal driving time of drivers.At the same time can ensure the integrity of cargo transport,improve transport efficiency.For this article can make heavy cargo vehicle ride to reach the optimum parameters of the dynamic driving,first car-the tyres-road coupling model is established,including white noise filtering method is adopted to establish the road model,tire model considering the tire geometry filtering and elastic filtering characteristics after choose FRC tire model,vehicle model is established after the approximate linearization of the vertical profile of 1/2 heavy cargo vehicle model.Secondly,based on the comparison of various ride comfort evaluation methods,RMSV(root mean square value variance of total weighted acceleration)was selected as the ride comfort evaluation index.Then the dynamic response of the vehicle under different speed,load,tire stiffness and tire damping is obtained through several simulation experiments in ADAMS/CAR.Finally,the orthogonal test is used to analyze the experimental results and find out the dynamic driving parameters that can make the ride comfort of heavy cargo vehicles reach the best.The results show that the vibration acceleration of heavy cargo vehicles under optimal ride comfort is significantly reduced.By using ADAMS/CAR simulation software to conduct virtual experiment to study the ride comfort of heavy cargo vehicles,it not only overcomes the difficulty of carrying out the actual test of heavy cargo vehicles,but also greatly reduces the requirement of experimental funds,and avoids the situation that personnel and vehicles are prone to produce danger in the real test.Through virtual experiment and orthogonal experiment carried out at the same time,not only a large number of experimental data can be collected,but also linear analysis of experimental data can be carried out more accurately,which is of great benefit to improve the driving safety of heavy cargo vehicles and reduce the accident rate of heavy cargo vehicles.The abstract in English goes here.Abstract in English and that in Chinese presented on the previous page should agree.
