With the rapid development of society,the demand for infrastructure is growing,especially in countries with complex and diverse territories.With the maturity of construction technology,Bridges with high piers and long spans across mountain valleys and rivers begin to emerge continuously.Therefore,tower cranes are widely used according to the demand.However,the wind environment in mountain valleys is extremely complex,which can easily cause damage to wind-sensitive machinery and equipment such as tower cranes.In this paper,the wind-induced response of the tower crane under the wind action of canyon topographic terrain is studied under the background of the construction of the tower crane on the Bridge of Yanzhi River in Xifu High speed.The main studies are as follows:(1)Based on wind engineering theory and CFD technology,according to topographic map,Globalmapper and Imageware were used to process the terrain around Yanzhi River Bridge,Gambit software was imported,grids were divided,boundary conditions were set,and Fluent was used to simulate and calculate the canyon topographic wind field.(2)Build a tower crane model in Midas civil software,apply loads and constraints to the model,and perform static analysis.Static analysis is divided into three working conditions:no load,full load with minimum amplitude and full load with maximum amplitude.Calculate and analyze the force and deformation characteristics of tower crane components under three working conditions.(3)In the static wind response analysis,250 N/m~2 was selected as the wind pressure in the working state of the tower crane,and 1000 N/m~2 was selected as the wind pressure in the non-working state.The wind load was converted into wind load for loading analysis in Midas civil;Subjected to fluctuating wind response analysis,The first use of Matlab software was based on a harmonic sequence model to recreate the history of fast wind turbines,then the simulated temporal history of the pulse wind speed of the tower crane is extracted from the UDF program to import the Fluent program at the surface wind pressure,wind speed,the final will be the wind speed data transformation of wind load on the Midas civil building tower crane,Tower crane for wind response analysis.(4)Establish an early warning mechanism for tower cranes.Analyze the changes in the stress and displacement of the tower crane in the three-attached and four-attached states.Determine the critical wind speed and prohibit tower crane construction when the wind speed reaches the critical value to ensure construction safety.
