As an important organ of the human body,the eyes give us vision and more understanding of the surrounding environment through the cooperation of many precise parts.As the second largest blinding ophthalmic disease in the world,more and more people are affected.To control intraocular pressure by promoting the outflow of aqueous humor is the only known and effective treatment.In recent years,a new technique of canaloplasty is proposed for the treatment of glaucoma.Compared with the previous trabeculectomy,this technique has greatly improved the treatment effect of glaucoma.However,because of the reasons of artificial operation and the complications after operation,the success rate of operation is still greatly affected.Therefore,in-depth study of the biomechanical characteristics of canaloplasty in human eyes and the development of related surgical intervention devices is particularly important to improve the success rate of glaucoma surgery.Based on the above background,in this paper,ANSYS finite element software is used to reasonably simplify and assume the functional area of canaloplasty in human eyes,divide the area into multiple geometry bodies and give correct physical attributes,and then build a physical model of conventional outflow channel of aqueous humor,according to the above assumptions and analysis under pathological conditions Object,set the correct boundary conditions for the model.After that,the corresponding analysis results are obtained by the finite element analysis method.On the one hand,the mechanical effect of canaloplasty in human eyes and the correct data related surgical intervention devices can be determined,on the other hand,the etiology of glaucoma can be further determined.This study has the following innovations:1.Compared with the previous research work.A simulation model close to physiological conditions is established to simulate the case of multiple collapses of schlemm's canal under pathological conditions by randomly reducing the radius of the short axis of schlemm's canal.At the same time,it is shown that the wall of schlem's tube,namely the trabecular meshwork,is a porous medium structure with uniform resistance.2.Two kinds of simulation of the effect of different suture tension under the same porosity and different porosity under the same suture tension on the conventional flow path of waterproof were established.The mechanism of the action of suture tension and the positive influence of changing porosity on the flow of house water were clarified.3.According to the error analysis of the accuracy experimental results of the two main movements of axial conduction and circumferential rotation,it is concluded that the device can meet the use requirements of suture catheter in canaloplasty.At the same time,this paper mainly studies the optimal range of suture tension,the mechanism of suture tension and experimental test.The main results are as follows:1.When the suture tension of canaloplasty is between 0 and 50 m N,it is the best range.In this range,the outflow of aqueous humor increases linearly with the increase of suture tension.When the suture tension reaches 55 m N,the maximum shape variable of schlemm's canal reaches 0.10024 mm,which exceeds the given value of 0.1mm,resulting in the rupture of schlemm's canal,and the suture tension is not desirable.2.By setting two simulation experimental groups of different suture tension and different porosity under the same porosity and the same suture tension,the results of each flow and total flow at the outlet of 30 collection channels are compared and analyzed,and it is concluded that reasonable suture tension has a direct effect on promoting the outflow of house water in the conventional flow channel of house water,and it is also clear that the change is small The porosity of beam net can improve the outflow of water.3.According to the error analysis of the accuracy experimental results of the two main movements of axial conduction and circumferential rotation,it is concluded that the device can meet the use requirements of suture catheter in canaloplasty.
