Based on the current energy crisis,environmental damage serious time background,combining the characteristics of the economic development of our country has entered a new economic era,the new energy automotive industry facing subsidies Tui Po policy transition,to "Beiqi New Energy" as a case,this paper studies its in a period of time in the future should take the marketing strategy.First,on the basis of analysis and research,explore the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of “Beiqi New Energy”.Secondly,analyze the external environment in which “Beiqi New Energy” is located from the macro environment and micro-competition environment.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing,the market of "Beiqi New Energy" is segmented by STP analysis method,and the target market is determined and the market positioning is carried out.Using 4P theory to develop marketing strategies in line with the current development situation;Formulate corresponding supporting measures to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies.Through the analysis,"Beiqi New Energy" should adhere to the following marketing strategies: to expand the breadth of products and deepen the depth of products and services;Different market segments adopt different pricing strategies;Continue to adhere to the diversified channel strategy;Achieve marketing promotion from multiple angles,levels and ways;Improve the existing marketing system;Create Beiqi New Energy “Electric Vehicle Ecosphere” and “Service Ecology Circle”.
