Self-anchored suspension bridges are usually adopts the construction method of "Beam first then cable ",the structure of the bridge is complicated,the construction process is cumbersome,and the control is difficult.Especially for the long-span bridge,the nonlinear performance of each structure is very obvious in the construction process,and there are a lot of uncertain factors in the construction stage,such as manufacturing error,temporary load,etc.,which cause the deviation between the completion of the bridge and the design state,affecting the bridge quality and safety.Therefore,by adopting effective construction monitoring means and accurate construction control measures,using finite element software simulation calculation,the target state of each stage of the structure can be accurately obtained,the stress and deformation of the structure can be controlled within a reasonable range,the error can be reduced,and the site fine construction can be assisted to ensure the safety and quality of bridge construction process.This article takes Xiaogan Second Bridge as the research object and conducts in-depth and systematic research on the construction monitoring technology of large-span self-anchored suspension bridge.The specific work includes the following points:Firstly,the monitoring theory and application method of self-anchored suspension bridge were analyzed and researched.The concept,principle,content and method of construction process control were determined.For the construction process of bridge,the formal analysis method,inverted analysis method and stress-free analysis were discussed.The application scope of the method to the simulation calculation of bridge construction provides method support for construction monitoring;Then researched and drafted the sling tensioning plan;using the finite element analysis software Midas civil through demolition and formal assembly calculation,the tension force and the bridge force at each stage were obtained;and the reasonable bridge formation state was calculated and analyzed And summary,providing a theoretical basis for construction monitoring;Next the construction monitoring method of long-span self anchored suspension bridge was studied,including the stress monitoring of the main tower,the stress monitoring of the stiffened steel beam,the main cable tensile test,the sling tensile test,the structural deformation monitoring and the structural temperature field monitoring.According to the developed bridge construction monitoring plan,the construction monitoring of the second Xiaogan Bridge was carried out,and the monitoring data of each stage of actual construction was obtained.Finally comparing the theoretical line shape and the calculated data with the actual monitoring data,as a self-anchored suspension bridge monitoring example,the guidance function of the finite element analysis calculation for the actual construction is verified.
