With the rapid development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,there are more and more requirements for material life.Food,clothing,housing and transportation,the topic of most concern to human beings,so the demand for construction engineering is more and more diverse.In order to meet the more and more complex building needs,it is also necessary to improve the corresponding construction technology.Bored pile has many advantages,such as high bearing capacity of single pile,steel saving,low cost,fast pile forming speed,wide application range,etc.it has been widely used in the construction of urban bridges and high-rise buildings.In this paper,a scientific and technological innovation center project in Yibin City is taken as the main research object,and the optimum proportion of slurry for retaining wall in Bored Pile in complex stratum is studied.This paper focuses on the analysis of the mechanism,function and performance of the retaining slurry,and according to the test,combined with the geological conditions of the project,determines the best proportion of the retaining slurry.At the same time,consulting a large number of documents,analyzing the development of bored pile and retaining mud at home and abroad,combining the research results and theoretical methods of predecessors in the construction engineering,put forward their own research methods and views in this project.Based on the analysis of the principle and functional performance of the slurry,through the comparison and optimization test of the slurry materials,the research of the mix proportion scheme and the program design,it is concluded that the slurry is the key factor to maintain the stability of the hole wall.This paper briefly introduces the basic engineering situation of the project of science and technology innovation center,analyzes the geological conditions of the project,and analyzes the construction process of the project from several aspects such as construction technology,drilling construction,slurry preparation management and hole cleaning.Finally,the most suitable mud material is determined by combining the geological conditions of the site and taking the scientific contrast test as the research method.Analyze each performance index and determination method of mud one by one.A set of reasonable proportioning scheme has been determined for this project,which has achieved good results in actual application,and proved that the proportioning of the designed slurry for wall protection is the most appropriate proportioning.
