With the purpose of integrating the transportation capacity resources of the road freight market and realizing the accurate matching between the two ends of the market vehicles and goods,the NTOCC begin to develop into the business diversification and product diversification with the improvement of the operation ability,and gradually build the platform operating ecosystem.Because the network freight platform has the two-way market of vehicle source and source of goods,the type of its products and services can be summarized as the carrier and shippers.Among them,the carrier includes a freight prepaid product,freight prepayment service,which is born out of the carrier’s potential capital predemand in the process of transportation.Freight prepaid products refer to the waybill amount of the products applied by the carrier,and give the applicant a certain proportion of freight prepaid funds,in order to meet the relevant financial needs of the carrier,and achieve the purpose of strengthening the service level of the platform and improving the carrier’s stickiness to the platform.Because of the strong consumer orientation of consumer financial products,this kind of products need in-depth research on consumer demand and its driving behavior.However,consumer financial products in the network freight platform are limited by the business operation time,the business currently lacks of research on consumer behavior,so the construction and operation of products are not scientific.Based on this,this paper takes the freight prepaid service of the platform as an example and studies the user behavior of the product through the freight prepaid data of platform Y.Firstly,this paper studies the literature related to the NTOCC.This paper expounds that freight prepaid products are included in the big concept of consumer finance,at the same time,sorts out the logical structure of consumer finance,and makes a comparative study of consumer financial products on the network freight platform and e-commerce platform.At the same time,it also further introduces the relevant theoretical research on consumer behavior and the principle and application process of the model algorithm involved in the empirical work of this paper.Secondly,based on the business process and business characteristics of freight prepaid products on the NTOCC,combined with the mature experience of similar products outside the platform and the forward theory,this paper constructs a data mining index system for the research of freight prepaid user behavior.Thirdly,based on the data mining system of user behavior research,this paper selects NJW algorithm in spectral clustering algorithm to further study user behavior.During the implementation of the algorithm,this paper optimizes the NJW algorithm with the combination of self-turning and eigengap theory,subdivides the carrier and studies the carrier behavior based on the improved adaptive NJW algorithm,and obtains the corresponding business adjustment countermeasures according to the carrier behavior preference.Finally,this paper constructed the freight prepaid applicant behavior assessment model,which used the decision tree algorithm of data index in user behavior research system discretization and WOE coding processing,at the same time build a Lasso-Logistic regression model selected 14 significant variables and their corresponding parameter estimates,after more than through inspection,score of each variable data and scale transformation,and the proportion as freight prepaid business dynamic foundation platform advances funds in proportion.According to the evaluation results of the model,this paper analyzes the proportion of advance payment fund base that can be obtained by the carrier applying for advance payment business on platform Y,and puts forward the corresponding business improvement strategy based on the operation status of platform Y.
