| Along with society’s progress,intelligent vehicle gradually into life of people,the Chinese government also attaches great importance to the development of intelligent vehicle,driver assistance systems are also widely regarded as the process of automatic driving technology,as a result,the ADAS driving simulator as a whole is in line with the future development trend of steering gear as a vital link in a driving simulator,its way of realistic degree directly affect the accuracy of the driver of vehicle operation,It plays an important role in the quality of driving simulator.In this paper,the ADAS driving simulator development including the choice of system software,select the system hardware,decorate steering structure,to realize the communication system,software mainly adopts Pano Sim-RT,Pano Sim-RT collection entire vehicle dynamics model,the traffic environment,road traffic and sensing simulation as a whole,has vivid animation display effect,can simulate all kinds of weather conditions,can be as auxiliary driving and active safety system development to provide strong support,Hardware mainly adopts NI PXIe-8880 to calculate model,PXI-6259 as a multifunction I/O interface for data collection,PXI-8513 as the CAN communication interface module,according to the sampling accuracy and range,Angle sensor and torque sensor to collect the driver information,according to the characteristics of road sense of motor selection permanent magnet brushless DC torque motor as road feeling execution device,based on the characteristics of the steering system design of its mechanical structure;The communication of ADAS driving simulator is analyzed and elaborated in detail.Based on the vehicle dynamics model of Pano Sim-RT,Matlab/Simulink was used to build the road sense model and conduct simulation analysis on the road sense model.The simulation results showed that the road sense model could meet the requirements of the road sense characteristics in the vehicle steering process at different speeds.Since the motor is selected as the generation device of road sense,the motor model is established and the motor transfer function is obtained to pave the way for the control strategy.The simulation results of the motor show that the response time of the motor meets the response requirements of the system.Through the comparison with the traditional PID controller,it can be analyzed that the response speed of the fuzzy adaptive PID control is faster than the traditional PID control,the overshot is smaller,the anti-interference ability is strong,can be more accurate control of the motor,improve the motor response accuracy.Finally,the development of ADAS driving simulator of transient response and the transient response of the steering device and test road feeling model,through the test,the transformation of sensitivity test,steering portability experiment and the driver’s subjective evaluation of five groups of right sense of model experiments and analysis,the analysis results show that ADAS driving simulator and its steering device satisfy the system real time request,the road sense model can make the vehicle at low speed condition has turned to lightweight,high speed road,feeling of working conditions is also clear,high speed and low speed under the condition of the steering wheel can be very good automatic correction,The score of drivers’ sense of the road also shows that the drivers’ sense of the road is highly praised. |
