Through the development of new urban areas and the improvement of infrastructure in recent years,China has gradually realized the importance of urban underground integrated pipe corridors for the long-term and sustainable development of cities.With the development of urban construction in China,the use of concrete pipeline structure is also increasing.Such as cross type,Y type,T type and L type.Pipes are also divided into underground pipelines,underwater pipelines and overhead pipelines according to pipeline laying methods.This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of different types of concrete pipeline structures,provides guidance for the design of concrete pipeline structures.Based on ANSYS software,the finite element models of cross-shaped,Y-shaped,T-shaped and L-shaped concrete pipes are established.T Under the same road surface live load,the stress of each part of the L-shaped pipe is relatively large,T-type and Y-shaped pipes The stress is closer.Because of the different types of concrete structures,the arrangement of steel bars and metal pipes is different,resulting in different support strengths at various positions of the pipe.Cross-shaped pipes have steel bars and metal pipes at the four outlets,so the rigidity is large,and L There are only two outlets in the type of pipeline,there are steel bars and metal pipes,and all of the other two outlets have less support stiffness and greater stress.At the same time,the parameters of steel bar radius and metal pipe thickness are analyzed parametrically.The analysis structure shows that the maximum bending stress of the steel bar part of the concrete pipe structure increases linearly with the increase of the steel bar size radius.In addition,the increase in the radius of the steel structure has little effect on the rest of the parameters and can be ignored.Only when the corresponding type of concrete pipe structure itself is very weak,the size of the steel bar increases,and the deformation of the pipe and concrete will decrease slightly.With the increase of pipe thickness,the stress and deformation of various components in the concrete pipe structure are declining.
