The acquisition methods based on high-resolution remote sensing image are becoming more and more convenient,and the application scenarios of remote sensing image processing are gradually becoming wider.The common remote sensing image processing software first samples the features of the objects,and uses the image-processing algorithm to segment the image.Due to the fine segmentation contour,the correction is too time-consuming,and the feedback on the image processing is not timely,so it is of great practical significance to design and implement a remote sensing image object marking system.In this paper,based on OpenCV image processing library,a remote sensing image object marking system is developed.In this paper,a method is designed to detect the contour of the original image and automatically find and correct the marking result after rough selection of the marking area by using the selection box.This method reduces the cost of modifying the contour of the figure of image processing,provides the feedback on image marking at any time,and improves the efficiency of image processing.This paper discusses the business process and requirement use cases,determines the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and clarifies the four core functions of original image file management,marking file storage,image feature marking,marking data analysis.This paper discusses the design of the system.The system is divided into three application modules:project management,image feature marking,and feature marking data analysis,as well as a public service module.The interface designs and data file design of the system are discussed.This article describes the detailed designing and code implementation of the system,completes the development and integration of the stand-alone version of the remote sensing image objects marking system,and tests and verifies the use of the system with practical examples.This system can reduce the human resources of remote sensing image object marking,and also increase the efficiency of image marking.Finally,the paper summarizes the development of this system,and puts forward the next step of development and improvement.It has built a foundation for further development of practical tools.
