With the continuous advancement of power market reforms,my country's power operation mode has shifted from planned power to market power.Some provincial power grids account for a relatively high proportion of new energy and external power,large amounts of electricity generated and consumed,and the monopoly nature of the thermal power market is more obvious.And the rules of high-energy ratio of new energy.Study the characteristics of power generation,supply and consumption of the power grid itself,and select a power market model suitable for the centralized monopoly of thermal power and the high proportion of new energy receiving-end power grids;based on the existing power trading rules,optimize the quotation by calculating the influence of market participants Mechanisms and market clearing algorithms to realize fair transactions between individuals participating in the market,avoiding individual units from manipulating electricity prices;to study the characteristics of the initial stage of power market construction,analyze the sources of unbalanced funds,and propose corresponding methods of diversion.The main tasks are as follows:1)The power market model.At present,there are two mainstream power market models,namely the centralized power market model represented by the US power market and the decentralized power market model represented by the Nordic power market.High proportion of new energy The receiving end grid has the characteristics of high pressure of new energy consumption,many reasons for external power limitation,and small thermal power startup capacity.Through further research on the characteristics of the power grid,it is concluded that the centralized power market model is more suitable for the receiving-end power grid with a high proportion of new energy.2)Research on market influence.There is a risk that the price of thermal power centralized monopoly power grid spot market will be manipulated.Some monopoly power generation entities may use their own market power to influence the market clearing price,thereby pushing up the cost of electricity for users.Through research on the market influence of participating individuals,appropriate price restrictions are imposed on the bidders with greater influence to make the clearing mechanism of the electricity market more reasonable.3)In terms of unbalanced funds.Taking into account the stable and excessive user electricity prices and social repercussions,in the initial stage of the construction of the electricity market,the market mechanism of dual-track operation of the plan and the market,user quotes without quotation,and new energy as the boundary conditions were adopted.Insufficient competition in the electricity market and the need for power grid security will result in certain unbalanced funds.Through the secondary market clearing and the optimization of electricity settlement methods,users are allowed to play a light price game with the power generation side,thereby reducing the generation of unbalanced funds.
