Research And Application Of Intelligent Electric Power Accounting Method

As an important part of electric power operation and marketing management,electric power accounting is also a core content in the whole electric power operation and marketing management informatization.The work of electric power operation and marketing based on electric power accounting data is the key to further improve electric power operation and marketing management services in the future,so as to provide users with better services.With the comprehensive construction of smart grid,all kinds of information has been in the stage of upgrading utilization,especially the application of remote meter reading system,which makes it possible to carry out intelligent processing in accounting.In this context,based on the electric power operation and marketing information transformation of Shandong electric power company,this paper puts forward the construction of electric power intelligent accounting model and system to improve the efficiency and quality of current electric power accounting.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)This paper studies the existing intelligent technology of electric power accounting at home and abroad.Taking the current situation of electric power operation and marketing system of Shandong electric power company as an example,it discusses how to adopt intelligent technology to transform and upgrade it.It starts from the aspects of automatic meter reading technology and electric charge accounting technology and puts forward to rely on the existing remote meter reading system and intelligent meter reading system Design idea of accounting model.2)This paper analyzes the existing business model of electric power accounting.It constructs the model and method of electric power intelligent accounting from five aspects:intelligent queue model,operation monitoring management model,intelligent audit correction model,electric charge trial,and check model and knowledge rule base to solve the problems existing in the current business process and optimize the design of it.The experimental simulation analysis,from the fault tolerance rate,efficiency,and performance of the model,verifies the performance advantages of the model after design.3)On the basis of the intelligent accounting model designed and constructed,the architecture design and system construction of the optimized power accounting system is completed.Based on the accounting project of Shandong electric power company,a new intelligent accounting business process is defined,which includes operation monitoring business,accounting audit business,electric charge intelligent accounting business,and business rules.The application of the expert system is analyzed in four aspects,and the feasibility and advantages of the system in the practical business application are discussed.In a word,this paper constructs and designs the power intelligent model and system,which can effectively solve the problems of heavy workload and low level of information processing in the current accounting business process of Shandong electric power company.It effectively improves the efficiency and quality of the current accounting business processing and provides users with a more efficient business service level.
