The construction of urban underground utility tunnel is an important measure for the construction of national innovative urban infrastructure.The construction of underground utility tunnel is not only the focus of effective investment,but also can increase the supply of public goods,improve the level of urban security and the quality of urbanization development,and become a new fulcrum for stabilizing growth,adjusting the structure and benefiting the people.As a city lifeline project,the utility tunnel design period is not less than 100 years.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a safe,efficient and sustainable intelligent management and control system as a support.In order to achieve the safe operation and maintenance management of underground utility tunnel,this paper aims to create an utility tunnel intelligent management and control system.Firstly,according to the actual needs of the management and control informatization of the utility tunnel,the detailed requirements analysis is carried out from the three dimensions of users,functions and data,and the main technical routes of system development are clarified.Secondly,the Internet plus mode,integrated BIM(Building Information Modeling),GIS(Geographic Information System)and IOT(Internet of Things),the service-oriented architecture(SOA)is used to build the basic framework of the system.The utility tunnel intelligent control system is composed of security subsystem,fire protection subsystem,environmental control subsystem and communication subsystem.The four subsystems are linked to each other,which realizes the precise positioning of personnel and the intelligent identification of potential events,and solves the safety of the corridor body,the safety of the attached facilities of the utility tunnel and the safety of the management personnel of the utility tunnel.Finally,through the demonstration and analysis of the actual case of the Shenyang South Canal utility tunnel,it is proposed to introduce Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to optimize and upgrade the system.The utility tunnel intelligent control system uses BIM technology to draw the utility tunnel model to realize the three-dimensional visualization of the utility tunnel.Based on 2DGIS technology,baidu map is used to realize the fusion of pipe plane projection and urban basic geographic information data,saving data update cost.Based on 3DGIS technology,the three-dimensional positioning is realized by StampGIS,improve the management level of utility tunnel operation and maintenance.Integrating BIM,GIS and IOT technology to achieve accurate positioning and dynamic monitoring of the BIM model of the utility tunnel.Based on the construction of BIM+GIS integrated intelligent control system for utility tunnel,it realizes safe,efficient and intelligent operation and maintenance management of the utility tunnel,provides effective support for the information management of the utility tunnel and provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation and emergency disposal of the utility tunnel.At the same time,it realizes the comprehensive management of the information management of the utility tunnel,the remote control of equipment,the visualization of operation and maintenance management and the intelligentization of emergency management,which effectively promotes the sustainable development of the urban utility tunnel.
