At present,the voltage and reactive power control of distribution network is generally realized by regulating tap changer of on load tap changer and switching capacitor bank in substation.However,with the continuous access of distributed generation,the voltage distribution of distribution network has a significant impact.The traditional voltage and reactive power control method is still used,which can not meet the requirements of voltage and reactive power control of distribution network with distributed generation.This paper studies the optimal control of voltage and reactive power in distribution network with distributed generation,which is of great significance to further improve the voltage qualification rate of distribution network and improve the economic operation level of distribution network.Based on the analysis of voltage and reactive power characteristics of passive distribution network,this paper explains the necessity of voltage and reactive power control.This paper analyzes the current voltage and reactive power control strategy based on or extended Jiugong diagram,and points out its disadvantages.This paper theoretically analyzes the mechanism of distributed generation access to enhance the voltage of the grid point,and further through the simulation analysis of the distributed generation and distribution network,it is verified that the access of distributed generation improves the voltage of the merging point,which may cause voltage overrun.Taking the distribution network line loss as the minimum objective and the voltage qualification rate as the penalty condition,a voltage and reactive power optimization control model of distribution network considering reactive power regulation of distributed generation is proposed,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.By coding,tap changer of on load tap changer,capacitor bank switching and reactive power output of distributed generation are taken as optimal control variables.Finally,taking a distribution network with distributed generation as an example,the results obtained by the improved genetic algorithm to calculate the optimal control model are used as the basis of voltage and reactive power control.Through the research of this paper,it is explained that the voltage and reactive power control strategy based on intelligent algorithm can take into account the reactive power output regulation of distributed generation,and combine with the traditional voltage and reactive power control means,the whole distribution network can achieve the goal of voltage and reactive power optimization control with minimum line loss under the condition of meeting the requirements of voltage qualification rate.
