Landscape Modification Design On Yongxing Concrete Plant In Kuandian County

With the improvement of the people's environmental sense,the landscape design of the industrial plant has become the focus of the subject,and it is also the important content as well as the inevitable requirement for constructing modern factories,meanwhile,it is the link of dealing with the relationship among the following “three life”: the production,life and ecology.As a result,the landscape reconstruction design of the Yongxing Concrete Plant,whose production process has a great impact on the environment,has important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of the modern factories.Based on the landscape design goal of the Kuandian Yongxing Concrete Plant,the paper discusses the research background,the goal and significance of the topic by making use of the literature materials,case study,the site investigation,the deductive interpretation and so on,explores the research dynamics concerning the landscape design of the factories at home and abroad,analyzes the typical cases domestically and internationally,determines the research content and method,clarifies the technical routes of the research.On the basis of the field investigation of the Kuandian Yongxing Concrete Plant,the preliminary analysis of the landscape design of factories,including the internal and external environment analysis.The external environment analysis mainly includes the analysis of the geographical location,the regional culture,climate,etc.The internal analysis mainly includes the analysis of the geomorphic types,road traffic,vegetation,resources,the concrete structure and so on inside the factories.The problems that exist in Kuandian Yongxing Concrete Plant at present are analyzed as follows: basically no landscape design,the poor environment quality,chaotic running line,the low land usage rate,the lack of the field space as well as facilities,the inconspicuous culture features of the field and so on.Based on the problems above,the design basis as well as the goal positioning that include specification,standard and reconstruction requirement is clarified.,the four major principles of the reconstruction design that based on the field culture,cost control,environment behavioral psychology,increase and upgrade are defined,the design ideal concerning the reconstruction and construction of the Kuandian Yongxing Concrete Plant is refined,that is “the reconstruction adds color to the beauty of theheaven,the landscape design of the rivers and mountains makes Yongxing happy”.The overall spatial reconstruction layout based on the ideal and goal is made to shape the landscape structure of “ one axis,two cores and four sections”;according to the function,the field is classified into four major areas as follows: the entrance square area,the recreation and leisure area,the work production area and the office green area;at the same time,the overall reconstruction plan for the subsystems,such as the vertical direction,the vegetation,the road traffic,the lighting,the facilities,vision,guidance and so on is made,following the overall reconstruction plan,the detailed design for each function area is made based on the scale,space volume,boundary,internal road,the relationship between the sections,etc.In addition,the detailed design of the landscape design elements,such as the building sketch and paving,plant,water,topography from the aspect of material,volume,color and so on.The paper is divided into three parts,and it has six chapters.The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,and it illustrates the research background,the goal and significance,the content,the method and the technical routes,analyzes the research dynamics at home and abroad,and studies the typical cases;the second part includes the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,and it is the important part as well as the difficult part of the paper,the preliminary analysis,the overall reconstruction design of the landscape,the detailed reconstruction design are made concerning the Kuandian Yongxing Concrete Plant;the third part is the chapter six,the conclusion and the expectation are made,then make a summary of the whole paper,and expect research intendancy of the topic in the future.
