Since the industrial revolution,the process of global industrialization has been improving,and the economies of all countries also evolved a lot.However,while pursuing development,the problems ignored by human beings are gradually emerging.At present,energy shortage and environmental pollution have become the focus of social concern.Compared with the traditional internal combustion vehicle,the electric vehicle has the advantages of zero-emission,low noise and so on.The electric vehicle takes a very important role in the automotive industry today.Moreover,the electric vehicle is driven by electric power,which can decrease the dependence on oil,natural gas and so on,reduce the loss of natural resources,and protect the environment.However,the energy of the electric vehicle is provided by battery or supercapacitor,and the capacity of these storage devices is limited,which greatly limits the driving mileage of the electric vehicle.Electric vehicle regenerative braking energy recovery technology can solve the efficiency of electric energy storage effectively,improve the driving mileage of the electric vehicle,and gradually become one of the important technologies in the electric vehicle industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and the research status of electric vehicles regenerative braking energy recovery technology at home and abroad.The BLDCM is the powerful motor of the system with the characteristics of small motor loss,small heat,and convenient speed regulation.Secondly,this paper introduces the mechanical structure of the BLDCM in detail,builds the mathematical model of the motor,and proposes the driving mode of the motor,which can provide the reference for the motor drive control and hardware circuit.This paper also researches and designs the PID control algorithm based on fuzzy control to pave the way for motor drive and boost regulation.According to the principle of regenerative braking energy recovery technology,this paper designs the scheme of integrating motor driving with braking,and establishes a push-pull boost circuit to regulate the voltage and improve the braking recovery efficiency.Finally,the system circuit based on the STM32F103 microcontroller is built according to the scheme.This paperdescribes the function and software design of the whole hardware circuit,analyzes the system test,and verifies the feasibility of the scheme in detail.
