With the proliferation of electronic loads and the intensification of competition in the deregulation of the power industry,as well as the rapid growth of nonlinear loads and the interconnection of power systems,power stability and quality monitoring have become a problem that both the power sector and power users pay close attention to.The importance of monitoring power stability and quality is self-evident,and it has become an important tool to improve power availability,preventive and safe predictive maintenance,and ensure equipment performance.The author has conducted in-depth research and study on its related theories,and based on the theoretical research,designed and implemented an online power quality monitoring device based on an improved threshold function combined with a dual-tree complex wavelet transform denoising algorithm.It solves the problem that the traditional power quality monitoring device is insufficient in noise processing.First of all,the paper explains the background of power quality and the significance of research,and described the development and testing methods of power quality related instruments.In addition,according to the national standards and relevant international standards,the basic classification and detection algorithms of power quality problems are introduced,which paves the way for the subsequent design of on-line power quality monitoring devices.Secondly,aiming at the problem of noise interference in the process of power quality signal acquisition and analysis,this paper proposes a improve dual-tree complex wavelet transform de-noising algorithm based on the improved threshold function.the algorithm is verified by experiments to be feasible.Thirdly,the hardware and software design of the power quality monitoring device is carried out on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis.The hardware system of the whole device is introduced in detail.Through the AD7606 chip,the 3-channel voltage and 3-channel current are collected,the obtained signal data is re-read into the STM32,and the RS485 module is transmitted to the upper computer to realize the monitoring of power quality.Then,the hardware and software debugging of the developed device is completed in thispaper,and the experiment of voltage,current effective value,harmonic analysis and frequency measurement is carried out in the laboratory.Finally,this paper summarizes and looks forward to the research work.
