| In the design process of satellite,the honeycomb plate is often used to reduce the launch cost and reduce the weight.At the same time,it also brings the risk of structural vibration deterioration,especially in the launch phase.On the one hand,the structural vibration of the rocket will be transmitted to the satellite through the satellite and rocket catenation device.On the other hand,the fairing vibration will be transmitted to the satellite through the air.The original research focuses on the dynamic response analysis through structural parts.In order to test the acoustic vibration of the satellite on the ground,the acoustic pressure(point sound source)from the horn is used to simulate the pressure caused by the fairing.Two problems are related here:(1)the relationship between point sound source and fairing vibration.(2)the vibration response of the satellite caused by the point sound source,that is,the analysis of the satellite’s acoustic vibration.In order to analyze the response of satellite’s acoustic vibration,search the analysis method of acoustic vibration and pave the way for the subsequent research of acoustic vibration analysis,the main research contents and results of this paper are:1.Based on inverse ATV algorithm,under the condition of known acoustic pressure,the acoustic pressure of air is inversely calculated and the vibration of thin-wall structure of aviation is simplified using Virtual.Lab Acoustic script.2.The direct boundary element method based on the modal is adopted to analyze the acoustic vibration of the simplified thin-wall structure and verify the analysis method using Virtual.Lab Acoustic script.According to the acoustic pressure of the point sound source,the direct boundary element method based on the modal is adopted to analyze the acoustic vibration response of the simplified aviation thin-walled structure.3.In order to analyze the acoustic vibration condition of the satellite under the ground test conditions,Virtual.Lab Acoustic Software is used to analyze the acoustic vibration of the satellite according to the number,direction,relative position and relative distance of point sound sources under the direct boundary element method based on modal.The results show that the vibration response of the satellite is larger with more sound sources.The closer the sound source is,the greater the vibration response of the satellite is. |
