This paper analyzes the influence of existing railway steel truss bridges on mining in coal mining subsidence area.The mining response mechanism of simply supported beam bridge with steel structure is studied.Based on the ANSYS finite element software,the finite element calculation model is established,and the stress state and displacement mode of the structure under the most unfavorable condition are checked.According to the stress characteristics of the structure under different working conditions,the structure is further optimized,the bridge climbing device is designed,the three-stage bridge climbing process is put forward,and the stress state of each stage climbing system is analyzed to verify its safety and reliability under the most unfavorable conditions.The security of the structure during climbing is analyzed.This paper mainly obtains the following conclusions.(1)It is shown that the bridge structure is safe and reliable is shown that the bridge structures are safe and reliable(2)The change of internal force of steel truss bridge structure is small,and the whole bridge structure is safe.(3)When the surface is bent,the internal force of the bridge changes obviously,and the area with large change is mainly concentrated in the support and the periphery of the support.(4)In order to prevent the damage of the bridge by surface curvature and adjust the bridge orientation to ensure the railway line,the available bridge climbing device is designed for different subsidence states,and the bridge maintenance and reinforcement process is determined.(5)The climbing device is checked,the stress state of the climbing device is analyzed,and the stage reinforcement measures are put forward.(6)According to the dynamic analysis of bridge climbing device,the train speed corresponding to each climbing stage is pointed out,which provides a theoretical basis for traffic organization.The paper has 47 pictures,34 tables,and 72 references.
