| Self-anchored suspension bridge has been widely developed in recent years due to its beautiful shape,reasonable stress and large span capacity.However,its construction is complex,with many influencing factors,significant cable displacement and nonlinear characteristics.During construction,stiffening beams need to be erected first,followed by main cables,and then system transformation can be realized.The main cable erection and system transformation are the key and difficult points in the construction.The construction process must be strictly monitored and controlled to ensure the safety of the project construction,achieve the ideal completion state and improve the construction quality.Based on the engineering background of a single tower self-anchored suspension bridge,this dissertation studies the construction monitoring process by combining the finite element software analysis with the construction site monitoring.The main contents are as follows:(1)This dissertation summarizes the development of self-anchored suspension bridge and construction monitoring,as well as the research status of self-anchored suspension bridge construction monitoring.(2)The theory of self-anchored suspension bridge is studied.This dissertation introduces the structure,stress principle,calculation theory,construction process and construction monitoring content of the self-anchored suspension bridge,defines the goal,process,content and method of construction monitoring of the self-anchored suspension bridge,and provides theoretical basis for the research of this dissertation.(3)According to the construction monitoring theory of self-anchored suspension bridge,the monitoring content before the construction of the project is determined.This dissertation studies the calculation theory of the main cable alignment,establishes the finite element model,analyzes the state of the completed structure,and obtains the initial state parameters such as the unstressed cable length and the empty cable alignment,as the basis for guiding the construction.(4)Develop construction monitoring plan to monitor the construction of the project.Set the manufacturing accuracy standard for factory prefabricated components,monitor and control the cast-in-place components,and the monitoring effect of stiffening beam and main cable erection is good.(5)Monitor the system transition phase.By using the finite element software,the unstressed length of the sling is modified,the tension scheme of the sling is determined,and the engineering implementation is guided.Through the analysis of the completed state of the bridge,it can be concluded that the alignment of the stiffening beam,the alignment of the main cable and the cable force of the sling meet the error requirements,the rationality of the completed bridge is determined,and the goal of the completed bridge is achieved.This dissertation studies the construction monitoring process of a self-anchored suspension bridge,provides technical support for the construction of the project,ensures the safe and smooth construction of the project,and improves the construction quality.It has accumulated experience for the construction monitoring technology of single tower self-anchored suspension bridge,and also can provide reference for other self-anchored suspension bridges. |
