All power supplied is provided by its' generator.Once the generator was broken,the ship's power system would collapse,which will affect the operation of the ship.The external force is mainly from the electromagnetic force inside the generator.To study the coupling mechanism of electromagnetic vibration caused by radial electromagnetic force of generator under different loads,it lays a theoretical foundation for the solution of controlling generator coupling vibration.The main contents can be concluded as follows:First,based on the internal magnetic field of the motor,the armature reaction of the generator under different load properties is analyzed.Considering the generator as a multi-degree-of-freedom system,the relationship between the generator's radial electromagnetic force and vibration response is derived according to the principle of modal superposition.Combined with the characteristics of generator armature response under different load properties,this study analyzed the relationship between load changes and vibration response.Secondly,according to the size and properties of the generator,Ansoft is used to build a simulation calculation model of the generator,and the external load changes are simulated by changing the external circuit diagram.Changing the external load resistance to calculate the air gap magnetic field and electromagnetic force for the generator under pure resistive load and inductive load,respectively,to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Furthermore,the modal test is performed on the generator experimental platform to work out the first eighth-order modal frequency of the generator.Under different load conditions,this study tests the vibration response of the generator,analyzes the experimental data and verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Finally,according to the data of the generator vibration experiment under inductive load,the curve and surface fitting of the load and vibration response are fitted,and the fitting function is obtained by fitting the data using the Matlab fitting toolbox.The fitting function is tested for goodness of fit through mathematical statistics and experimental data,and a good fitting result is obtained.The amplitude of the generator vibration response can be calculated for a given load value.
