With the improvement of people’s quality of life requirements,especially in the demand for heating,traditional heating methods like coal burning or direct electric heating have been unable to meet people’s needs,and have drawbacks of unfriendly environment and low efficiency.As the fourth generation of water heaters,air-energy heat pump water heater has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,safety.First,the article summarizes the research background and research significance of air energy heat pumps,as well as the current development status domestically and internationally.Then based on the existing theoretical basis,the article is about the design of an air-energy heat pump water heater control system based on the Internet of Things,which is mainly composed of the controller board,industrial control screen,mobile phone app,web page,server,etc.The controller of the air energy heat pump unit control system designed in this paper is composed of STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer and related circuits.The industrial control screen uses a 7-inch touch screen,the wireless module uses ESP8266 chip,and the server uses Huawei RH2288 H V3 server.The APP is developed by Java Script and CSS.The webpage is developed by the Django framework under Python.The database is SQLite automatically generated by Django.In order to make the heating performance of the system better,an adaptive subsection control strategy is proposed in this paper,which makes the superheat fluctuation of the evaporator gentle,which can effectively avoid the system load mismatch caused by the superheat oscillation,leading to exhaust temperature is too high,the evaporator is too cold,or the gas passing is liquid,which damages the compressor.The superheat is set based on the experimentally measured minimum stable superheat curve of the equipment,so that the system can effectively use the heat absorption area of the evaporator when the system is running,the area of the two-phase area of the evaporator is maximized,and the heat output of the system is improved.This system has been tested on a 5P low-temperature air-source heat pump unit.During the summer of 2019,it had been running in the company’s plant for more than one month without failure,which verified the stability and practicability of the system.
