Study On Landscape Design Of Dongfeng Farm Community In Chongming

In China,state-owned farms are the product of The Times,and they have made great contributions to settlement and border protection,personnel resettlement and agricultural production.However,the problems of single industry,poor living environment,aging population and low land utilization rate of state-owned farms need to be solved urgently.With the progress of the society and the development of The Times,the need for the renewal of the state-owned farm community and the upgrading of the industry has become increasingly urgent.The concept of "Rural Complex" was first proposed in central document no.1 in 2017.This new development mode also provides a theoretical direction and practical path worth exploring for the upgrading of state-owned farms.In this paper,based on the research of Shanghai Chongming area state-owned east wind farm,the analysis of the current situation of state-owned east wind farm community projects,the situation of development and community planning,social behavior and crowd types and so on factors,combined with relevant design strategies put forward "green ecological,tolerance and accumulation of" design theory,the east wind farm community public space landscape design puts forward three strategies: first,according to the construction planning in landscape planning and design;Second,according to the function of the zoning landscape design;Third,according to the functional needs of the crowd special design.Analyze and study community functional zoning,community road planning and crowd types,conduct landscape design for the whole farm community idyllic complex,improve the environment of the old farm community,and meet the landscape needs of people in the community for a better life.Through this study on the landscape design of public space of the state-owned Dongfeng farm community project in Chongming district,Shanghai,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the state-owned farms bear the heavy responsibility of national cultivation and border protection and the brand of hard struggle.These state-owned farms have experienced the changes of The Times and the development of history.It is the responsibility of our designers and builders to give full play to the rich resources of state farms,to think with new ideas,to combine with the strategy of urban-rural integration,and to give full play to its advantages and potential.Second,the systematic upgrading and transformation of old state-owned farms should not stop at the design thinking of "totally deny,demolish and start over".We should explore their inherent advantages,retain their unique green and ecological characteristics,and reshape their industrial structure and spatial structure.Thirdly,through the research and analysis of the social behavior of the population,the main needs of the complex people in the community are directly confronted,the existing resources of the farm are fully utilized,the potential attraction and community environment of the farm community are improved,and the humanized public space is created,which reflects the people-oriented,inclusive and sustainable design criteria.Fourthly,from the perspective of perceiver,the activity types of the public space in the farm community should be compared and analyzed in combination with the types of people in the farm community,and the setting of the function of the place should meet the needs of the surrounding people.
