Porous asphalt pavement has been widely used and promoted worldwide due to its good drainage,noise reduction and anti-sliding performance.The large-void pavement adopts the design of continuous opening and grading,so that the mixture has a large void ratio,which can quickly discharge road water,reduce road surface water mist,absorb road noise,and have the effects of drainage,noise reduction and anti-skid.However,it is precisely because of its large void ratio that it has higher requirements in terms of design,construction and maintenance than ordinary pavement.Therefore,this paper studies the performance of large-gap asphalt mixture from the mix design of mixture,and combines the paving of test road to propose the key technology of construction maintenance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the drainage and noise reduction mechanism of large-void pavement,and analyzes how to make the large-void pavement have better performance from the perspective of void ratio.Generally speaking,the void ratio of the large-void asphalt mixture is 18%-22%,and the mechanical performance of the mixture is balanced.In this paper,20%±2% is used as the design void ratio.Then,according to the regression curve of the 2.36 mm mesh pass rate and the void ratio of the mixture,the gradation design satisfying the void ratio requirement is determined.Then,based on the Schellenberg asphalt leak test and the Kentberg fly test,and the Marshall test,the optimum amount of asphalt was determined.Finally,the mixture design was verified by regression curves of the number of compaction and void ratio and aggregate clearance.Through the Marshall test,uniaxial compression test and triaxial test,the mechanical properties of the design mixture were verified.The Marshall stability,compressive strength and shear strength were determined to have sufficient mechanical strength for the design of large gap drainage and noise reduction pavement.The influence of void ratio,transverse slope and rainfall intensity on the drainage performance of large-void asphalt pavement was studied by the constant head infiltration method.The permeability coefficient and hydraulic gradient were used as indicators to determine the drainage performance,precipitation intensity,road cross slope and void ratio.Increase and enhance.Analysis of the noise reduction performance of the mixture determines that a larger void ratio and a higher moisture surface will have better noise reduction performance.The road performance of the designed large-void asphalt mixture was studied by freeze-thaw split test,water-immersed Marshall test,rutting test and trabecular bending test.The research proves that all road performances meet the requirements of standard design and have a good road.With performance.Finally,combined with the paving of the test section,the key paving methods and construction techniques during construction are determined.And put forward practical maintenance techniques in combination with the existing types of diseases on the large gap pavement.
