More and more researchers have focused on wireless energy transmission for a long time.Now,wireless charging technology has been gradually applied to mobile phones,household appliances and intelligent cars.Although the balance of the security,stability,high speed,area and power consumption has made effective progress,it is still improved.At the same time,the global WPC alliance created the QI wireless charging protocol to satisfy the university of the companies.In China,due to the limited time in the field of wireless charging,there are not many reports on the design of this protocol.So this paper will focus an QI wireless charging protocol.In this paper,the design of the master controller of QI wireless charging protocol is focused on.Firstly,for RTL design of the interface,the packets need to be collected and judged.By CRC check and the state change,the data can be collected.The simulation software can check its RTL design.In the controller,DPID control algorithm is used in.According to this algorithm,this paper use Flyback circuit to analysis its dynamic response and stability.And the transfer function is reasonably designed by bode diagram.According to its simulation,it can be found that the through frequency is 25 kHz,the phase margin in 65 degrees.So it is good to solve the stability of the system.Simulink was used to build the circuit model.By the scope,the steady-state voltage was 2.993V when the power supply voltage was 5V,and it floated between 2.96V and 3.02V,which was in line with the 3V voltage required by Flyback circuit.Then RTL was designed and simulated for simulink model.In order to make the algorithm more robust and universal,the BP neural network PID algorithm will be introduced.Similarly,this algorithm is based on the simulink model,and the BP neural network algorithm is implemented by S-function.According to the simulation results,this paper design a method that it can improve convergence time.Finally,RTLdesign needs the overall framework,which involves the open-loop state machine,node calculation and activation,closed-loop state machine and weights updated calculation,and by using the Synopsys software to evaluate its resource,it can be found that although its robustness is improved,the complexity and resource usage is improved.According to its constraint conditions,the layout design of its main controller was carried out,and the DRC and LVS were checked.In the 0.18μm technology library,It could be found that there was no circuit break or short circuit.The design area was0.47mm~2,and the unit usage was 15860.
