The integrated electronic parking brake system?EPBi?is a research and development under the background of the continuous electronicization and integration of the automotive market.The EPBi system mainly combines the advantages of both the body electronic stability system?ESC?and the EPB system,and utilizes the function development of the entire automotive CAN network.This paper studies and implements the function control strategy of the integrated electronic parking control system.Based on the previous research and reference data,combined with the simulation experiments on the experimental bench and the actual vehicle experiments on a 2.0T SUV model,the functional control strategy of the EPBi system was verified and analyzed.This paper mainly develops the software control strategy and fault diagnosis part of EPBi system.Because EPBi system is mainly composed of ESC controller hardware and electronic parking function control strategy.Based on the existing ESC controller,the development of the functional control strategy and fault diagnosis part of the electronic parking control system is mainly involved in the consistency of the system interface and the realization of automatic parking and release,high temperature re-clamping,Functions such as emergency braking,use the fault tree method to analyze the fault type of the system,and establish a fault code corresponding to the fault.In order to simplify the design of the system control strategy,this article sets up an experimental bench for the braking process of the vehicle,and uses professional vehicle simulation software Vehicle spy3 to build and simulate the vehicle body signals required by the system to facilitate the acquisition of the functions required signals during the experiment.In the system design,through the analysis and research of the electronic parking control strategy,the feasibility analysis is carried out,and the test bench is developed based on the hardware of the test bench.After the simulation and verification,the braking force and braking current calibration experiments are performed to calibrate the parking motion Motor current;simulation of the vehicle environment with the help of simulation software to verify the static parking,automatic parking functions,high temperature re-clamping and dynamic emergency braking.After multiple parameter calibrations,the difference between the theoretical temperature of the brake disc and the actual temperature is within 25?,and the fitting effect is good,On this basis,the real vehicle verification of the high temperature re-clamping function is completed;the parameters required for dynamic emergency braking are calibrated under the test software and the actual vehicle verification at the professional venue.Deceleration?MFDD?is 3.10 m·s-22 on the high road,1.42 m·s-2on the middle road,and 0.61m·s-22 on the low road.The average deceleration and yaw rate indicators are in the enterprise and Within the scope of national standards,the research and design of integrated electronic parking control strategy was finally completed.
