Wireless power transfer?WPT?technology is a new transmission mode that realizes the transmission of electric energy from the power source to the load without electrical contact through electromagnetic effect or energy exchange.Compared with the traditional wire transmission mode,it has the advantages of safety and reliability,especially suitable for some special applications where it is difficult to lay cables.For example,implantable medical devices,UAV and so on.However,in previous reports,due to the influence of nature resonance frequency in system and the energy loss of the transfer coil,the transmission efficiency,stability and transmission distance of magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transfer?MCR-WPT?through the coil are still difficult to be further improved.To solve this problem,this paper proposes and designs a 2-2 magnetoelectric cyclotron laminated by nickel zinc ferrite magnetostrictive material(Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4,shandong)and lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramics(pzt-8,d33=218×10-12c/N).Magnetoelectric gyrator is described by magnetoelectric can change the structure of the magnetostrictive materials with high magnetic permeability will launch a coil of the induced magnetic field to capture and through the magnetoelectric effect is transformed into voltage by high voltage constant and low dielectric loss of the piezoelectric material output,thus realized in non-contact of the conversion of power during the electric-magnetic-machine process.Compared to conventional coil coupling transmission mode,this kind of transmission mode not only has low mechanical loss and higher power conversion efficiency advantages,because instead of traditional coil magnetoelectric cyclotron apparatus has high magnetic permeability,therefore,the magnetoelectric gyrator under the same conditions for a stronger ability to capture induced magnetic field,which makes the efficiency of wireless transmission further ascension,and improve the system transmission distance greatly saved a space at the same time.In this paper,the solid-state sintering method is used to improve the power transmission performance of magnetoelectric gyrator by means of adjusting the material ratio.It was found that the saturation magnetization of Ni1-xZnxFe2O4?0.2?x?0.5?in a group of nickel-zinc ferrites was up to 41.2 emu/g.And then explores the optimal bias magnetic field and the optimum load resistance respectively 40Oe and 4.7?k,and under the condition of the power conversion efficiency up to 82.5%.Through the establishment and testing of the wireless transmission system,a highly efficiency energy transmission system based on magnetoelectric gyrator is finally realized with the transmission range of 1-60mm and stable transmission time over 20min.The progress and breakthrough of related research not only provide research ideas and technical reference for the research of radio energy transmission,but also have potential application value in key military platforms such as radar,fighter jet,UAV and weapon system in compact power transmission electronic devices.
