In recent years,with the rapid development of online shopping,the pressure of the logistics industry is increasing,which required not only fast speed,efficiency,but also lowcost.The order packaging,as an important part of the logistics industry,is practised conventionally by the operator.The dimension of the product is measured manually and the packaging specification is selected by workers' experience and those result in a serious waste of packaging consumables.The underlying reason is the lack of a quick and accurate measurement of the product.Aiming at this problem,a vision-based measurement system is established,which automatically calculates the three-dimensional size of the product through the RGBD information,and recommends the minimum specification package for multiple items in the order to achieve packaging optimization.The main work is as follows:(1)To achieve the fast speed and accurate measurement of objects,an object dimension measurement algorithm based on RGBD information is proposed.For regular objects,an object measurement algorithm based on image background difference,image filtering and RANSAC plane extraction is proposed.For irregular objects,an object measurement algorithm based on camera calibration,image background difference,image filtering and spatial transformation is proposed.(2)To solve the order packaging problem,a target mathematical model of packaging problem is constructed,the realistic constraints and spatial mathematical model are analyzed,and a packaging optimization algorithm,based on the idea of genetic algorithm,is proposed,which includes spatial segmentation strategy,space selection strategy and parameter optimization algorithm.(3)A dimension measurement and packaging optimization system is built,which includes RGBD camera RealSense SR300,computer and measurement platform.The above-mentioned size measurement and packaging optimization algorithm are realized by Visual Studio 2013,in which RealSense official library SDK,point cloud library PCL and computer vision library OpenCV are configured.System debugging is carried out,multiple regular and irregular objects of different specifications and multiple sets of order data and package specification data are tested based on a human-computer interaction interface,which is developed using Qt.The experiment verifys the feasibility and efficiency of the System.
