In recent years,with the rapid development of information and intelligent manufacturing technology,digital design methods have become an important part of the product life cycle.MBD(Model Based Definition)technology uses the 3D solid model as the sole carrier of product definition information to achieve the purpose of integrating design and manufacturing information.However,a series of new problems have arisen in the application of MBD technology engineering,such as the confusion of the labeling information of the MBD model,the poor quality of the MBD model has adverse effects on the subsequent manufacturing process,etc.,and the sharing of the MBD model and the integrity of the data cannot be guaranteed.In response to these key issues,this paper proposes a product information integration solution based on MBD technology.Through the development of a series of standards,the 3D annotation for MBD specification is realized.At the same time,the shortcomings of labeling efficiency and labeling information management are optimized for the current 3D labeling technology.This paper optimizes the 3D labeling module and adjusts according to overlap determination and label position.The intelligent layout algorithm of leaded annotation is designed.The management of annotation information is completed by using views and layers,and the agile annotation function which can preview in real time is realized.In order to integrate the design and manufacturing information and drive the subsequent processes through the 3D solid model as the carrier of the product definition information,the 3D digital model is the only data source.In this paper,the model data quality and influencing factors are analyzed.The model checking module is designed and divided into two parts: universal inspection and product specification based inspection.The geometric inspection and automobile wheel guard inspection are taken as examples to design the inspection rules.And check the algorithm and visualize the results.The example shows that this paper is based on the development of MBD technology framework,integrates design and manufacturing information through optimized 3D annotation technology,guarantees model quality through model checking,and designs humanized functional interface and visualized result display.Designers can quickly Operation and analysis saves time,improves work efficiency,and shortens product development cycles.
