The technology of Insect Intelligent Building Control Platform(referred to as Insect Intelligent Platform)has the characteristics of self-organization,self-identification and plug-and-play,which makes the field networking quick and simple and makes the construction process concise and flexible.It will have a broad application prospects in the field of intelligent building.At present,the algorithms of control optimization and energy-saving for air conditioning refrigeration station equipment based on this platform must be tested and verified by practical engineering to ensure its stability and safety.It's not only time-consuming and labor-intensive,but also can damage large electromechanical equipment on site,causing serious economic losses.Therefore,the paper studies the air conditioning refrigeration station system simulation system based on the insect intelligent platform,and provides a test platform for the algorithms of control optimization and energy-saving for air conditioning refrigeration station equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows.1.Based on the insect intelligent platform,the architecture of the air conditioning refrigeration station simulation system is studied,which mainly includes the composition of the simulation system,the interaction mechanism between modules and the data storage method.2.The simulation model of the electromechanical equipment and transmission and distribution system(cooling tower,cold machine,surface heat exchanger,water pump,valve,water pipe network)of the air-conditioning refrigeration station was established,and the standard interface for information interaction of each equipment simulation module was established.3.According to the simulation model of each electromechanical equipment of the air-conditioning refrigeration station,the simulation program was developed,and thedeveloped simulation model program was tested and verified.After the correctness was made,the joint adjustment and correctness verification of the air-conditioning refrigeration station simulation system was completed,and the simulation system was completed.4.An decentralized optimization algorithm for parallel pump group based on Estimation of Distribution Algorithm(EDA)was studied.The problem of parallel pump load distribution in air conditioning refrigeration station was optimized to achieve the energy saving optimization goal of pump group.At the same time,the algorithm is used to verify the operation of the air conditioning refrigeration station simulation system.The results show that the simulation system works well.In a word,the simulation model of each electromechanical equipment of air conditioning refrigeration station is established in this paper.The simulation system software program is developed.The intelligent optimization algorithm of parallel pump group based on EDA is studied.The performance test and verification of the simulation system is carried out,which indicates that the simulation system of the air conditioning refrigeration station is running well.Therefore,the simulation system can be used as a test platform for intelligent optimization control algorithm of air conditioning refrigeration station group,which lays a foundation for studying group intelligent control and energy saving technology of air conditioning refrigeration station.
