Study On Urban Design Of Shenna Site Block

With the continuous development of urban economy,the urban spatial scope is also expanding to the surrounding areas.Many sites located at the edge of the city are gradually surrounded by construction land,and the sites are gradually occupied and eroded by urban construction activities.In this case,the research on the ways of urban site protection emerges as the times require,and the way of site protection has changed from "restrictive" protection to a more diversified way of protection and utilization.Shenna Site,as a national key cultural protection unit,is one of the important cultural components of Xining's long history and culture.Its block is also an important core part of the northern portal space of the city.It has a very high value of cultural relics and development.The design of Shenna Site is the key to realize the development of Shenna Site block and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the city.However,in the process of urban design,ruins and neighborhoods involve the influence of multi-value and interests,resulting in the lack of corresponding integrity,comprehensiveness and operability of some strategies in the process of urban design,which makes it difficult to balance multi-benefit value in essence,and urban design can not be further implemented.In view of the operability and landing of the urban design of the ruins block,it is urgent to explore the urban design method for overall planning of the protection of the ruins and the economic and social development of the blocks and to ensure its effective deepening and implementation.This is the focus of this study,and also the rational choice and basic premise for realizing the simultaneous development of the protection of the ruins and the regional development.This paper follows the research strategy of "from theoretical research to practicalvalidation".Because of the complexity and comprehensiveness of the problem of ruins in cities,the author used some methods of literature research,field research and inductive analysis of practical cases to study various aspects of ruins.Firstly,it studies the theory and practical experience of site protection and urban design of existing site blocks.Secondly,it explores the contradiction and mechanism between site protection and block development by using Shenna site,and tries to find a balance strategy under such conflicts of interests and values,as well as the solution of spatial differentiation and protection concept classification.Through exploring the protection mode of the influence of spatial differentiation and combing the elements of the two-level protection concept,the paper integrates the relevant elements of the ruins block from the urban perspective,deepens the connotation of urban design,supplements and improves the control content and elements of the urban design of the ruins block,and explores the land use,spatial structure and traffic organization,landscape environmental design and characteristics.Coordination of architectural style and features can achieve a balance between the protection and development of ruins and districts.Finally,a case study of Shenna ruins block is carried out to demonstrate the application of coordinated urban design method of ruins block within the radiation range of the ruins block and its surrounding sites,and specific design is carried out.Facing the problems of the protection and development of the ruins and blocks,the author explores the contradiction texture of the ruins and finds that the fundamental reason why the protection and development of the ruins can not be coordinated is the spatial differentiation of the ruins and the classification of the protection concept caused by the contradiction between the game of the stakeholders concerned and the contradiction of the value of the ruins themselves.The relevant cases and methods are used to find out the control contents and elements in the urban design of ruins and blocks formed by the idea of "integral" protection under the mode of appropriate protection and utilization.The control of each process from system to form to interface replaces the direct requirement of the result type.Based on such protection ideas,the ruins and surrounding wider environment can be guided anddesigned to achieve the goal.To achieve the goal of benign development of ruins and surrounding blocks,we should achieve a win-win situation between the protection of ruins and the development of neighborhoods.
