As one of the most popular technical concepts in the field of architectural engineering,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has been applied in different engineering fields.The role of BIM technology is to combine information technology with construction engineering and use the building information model as the core throughout the project.As a traditional building system,wood structure construction has a high degree of prefabrication of wood components,and the number of components is small and the number of structures is complicated.The traditional Computer Aided Design(CAD)is difficult to achieve in the construction drawing design.It adds a lot of difficulty to the wood component processing and engineering construction phase,which requires a higher level of collaborative design.Based on the application experience of BIM technology in other engineering fields and the characteristics of light wood structure,this study deeply explores the development and application of BIM technology in the design stage of light wood structure.The parametric design of the light wood structure building is realized,and the design speed and design precision of the wood structure are further improved on the basis of the current stage,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of BIM technology in the field of wood structure construction.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Proposing "integrated business model of wood structure building design and construction based on BIM technology",The key technology is to break the gap between the various professions through the BIM platform and realize the "collaborative work" of the whole life cycle of the building.The use of the building information model as the core of the project runs through the entire project,and the speed and accuracy of the design and construction of the wood structure are further improved from the current stage.(2)Based on Revit software,a set of project template files suitable for light wood structure design was designed.The classification design of the light wood structure system family library and the standardized component family library is carried out.It is concluded that the design process of light wood structure building based on BIM technology can be simplified into four stages: pre-planning stage,building plan design stage,construction drawing design stage and calculation and drawing stage.The main tasks and tasks of each stage are given separately.(3)Detailed classification of the family members of the wood components used in the light wood wall frame system,the floor frame system and the roof frame system,Designed a standardized component family library for each framework system of the rapid modeling plugin,and wood component parameter information suitable for the rapid modeling plug-in.The implementation process of parametric modeling of components is demonstrated by an example.Difficulties and inefficiencies in modeling Revit software for light wood structural building frames,Using Dynamo programming,the framework rapid modeling plug-in for the three major structural systems of wall system,floor system and roof system was developed.Demonstrates the power and functionality of the Quick Modeling plugin.The development and programming implementation flow of each framework rapid modeling plug-in is illustrated by examples.(4)The project model and structural framework rapid modeling plug-in designed in this study was used to model and analyze the architectural professional and structural professional in specific examples.The rationality and practicability of the shared parameters,global parameters,building materials,system family library,standard component family library and structural framework rapid modeling plug-in of this research design are verified.(5)The energy consumption simulation of the training building,the peak annual cooling rate in September,the cooling time is 13 hours,the total cooling load is 24844 W.Wall energy consumption accounts for 2.85%,window energy consumption accounts for 42.66%,door energy consumption accounts for 1.55%,roof energy consumption accounts for 0.44%,penetration energy accounts for 12.44%,and lighting energy consumption accounts for 13.69%.Energy consumption accounted for 17.80%,and personnel and fan heating accounted for 8.58%.The effectiveness and accuracy of BIM technology applied in the design stage of light wood structure are verified by examples,which can provide theoretical basis for the application of BIM technology in the design stage of wood structure.
