Higher Vocational Colleges have become the main base for training talents with automobile electronic control system maintenance technology to respond to policy directions and meet the employment needs of industries and enterprises.It is necessary for Higher Vocational Colleges to be equipped with some kind of teaching environment,software and hardware equipment,especially comprehensive training teaching platform,which are suitable for the technical level of enterprises.How to design the training platform to improve the quality of automobile talents has become an important direction of teaching research.This article aims to solve the following four problems: 1.the teaching difficulties and key contents in the relevant courses of engine electronic control system;2.the project-based teaching of the integration of theory and practice;3.the reduction of engine failure,and the transformation of enterprise maintenance process and working standard process into teaching content.4.improving the quality of teaching and learning.The following work has been completed in this study.(1)The research direction and content of this paper are determined through the analysis of the technical situation of the training platform at home and abroad.(2)The functional requirements of the training platform are summarized,and the overall design scheme of the training platform is completed through the investigation and research on the needs of enterprises and Higher Vocational Colleges.The design scheme of the comprehensive training platform with the main platform,teaching board and software system is selected through comparative analysis.(3)The design of hardware system structure,hardware system fault setting,intelligent fault setting system,multimedia integrated teaching management platform system,assessment system and network teaching extension system are completed,and the design of simulation teaching system is completed.(4)The production plan of hardware and software is made,and the production of the training platform is completed through the cooperation of the team.(5)The software and hardware functions and key data of the training platform system are tested,and the test data are analyzed.The results meet the use requirements of the training platform,which can meet the teaching needs of Higher Vocational Colleges.(6)At last,the research work is summarized,and suggestions and improvement suggestions are put forward for the implementation of the training platform teaching.
